I have been going to body workers for many years and was very impressed with Kris! He is gifted in determining the cause of pain and releasing chronic patterns in the myofascial system. The results were remarkable! I have recommended him to many of my friends. As a physician, who has experienced many different types of body work, this is my first experience with JFB-MFR and it was extremely positive.

This is going to sound made up, but literally by my second visit, I had put my pain pills away. Other reviewers have mentioned how “hands-on” Kris is and I agree. He’s an interesting mix of Physical Therapist, Myofascial Release practitioner, and an excellent listener. I mention that as he listens to your description of what hurts, combines that with his physical examination, and goes right to work to correct the issue. I hurt like heck after my first treatment, but then showed steady and quick relief. I was recommended to Kris by a fellow tennis player, and have passed his contact information

My husband recommended Kris to me. I had never experienced intense leg pain before. Kris was able to eliminate this pain. He gave me a clear understanding of what causes this pain and provided me with a home protocol to help keep this pain from returning. Our sessions moved quickly and efficiently thanks to his gentle technique and calming demeanor. Myofascial Release Therapy really works wonders. I strongly recommend this talented therapist to anyone suffering from pain issues.

Kris is a very skilled "hands on" physical therapists; the best of 3 previous physical therapist I have tried. He continually assesses and works to correct age old disfunction; provides guidance in maintaining the correct alignment he was able to achieve by relieving tightness and moving joints into their correct positioning. Highly recommend Kris to help with aches and pain through increased mobility.

Kris is wonderful. I had a issue that could not be resolved by my doctor, a neurologist, a series of x-rays, scans, and tests. Kris's unique "art of healing" not only solved my problem, but he listened carefully to my concerns and with a series of visits corrected all of my pains. I can't thank him enough!

I was more than pleased with the outcome of my treatment from Kris. He really did make my pain in my lower back feel much better and the pain actually when away. He shared a few stretching exercises for me to do at home. These exercises have helped my body to become more flexible. While I was seeing Kris, my heel on my right foot became sore to a point I could hardly walk. By applying pressure at the right locations, Kris was able to diminish the pain.

If you're looking for the same old physical therapy you've had in the past, where you're stuck in a room by yourself while PT assistants come in and out hooking you up to machines that do nothing and then you see the actual Therapist for 2 minutes, don't come here. If you're looking for individualized treatment, a whole hour with a therapist, an extremely gentle technique that actually makes you feel better, this is the place! Chris works gently, over time, to help your body heal itself and stay that way. I have recommended him to everyone I know!

As a physician who has experienced many different types of body work, this is my first experience with JB-MFR and it was extremely positive. You should however be prepared for it to be unlike physical therapy you've experienced in the past. Once you get over that hurdle and let Kris do his magic, you will begin to see results. Like everything worthwhile in life, the process of healing takes time, so be patient but Kris has the tools to set you off in the right direction. I have seen him for a dozen sessions and can not only feel the relief but my range of motion has improved considerably.
