I must say I had a very good experience here getting my first pair of glasses. I will be going back for my second pair in a few days. My only concern was I was never able to use the bifocal part. It seemed like it was too far down for me to see through. But overall I had a good experience. It does seem like my eyes have gotten worst than better. I squint even with the glasses on. So we shall see in a few days. I hope my second experience will be as good as my first.

I went and picked out my glasses and the young ladies that were there were so pleasant and kind. My glasses came quickly as well. In the midst of everything that is going on with the pandemic they have restrictions in place that WORKS. They clean down the chairs after each person and wipe down everything you touch or put on. I’m so appreciative of them. Thank you ladies. Forgot the woman name who helped me but she had on some nice bangles/bracelets. Blessings thank you

This place has nice customer service but the doc could care less about you vision problems. She didn't y give me at all the right prescription or my child the glasses hurt all and we both just broke then since we couldn't get out money back. Over a hundred dollars gone.

The worst! The one at Broadn Olney is much better. It takes too long for your glasses and the insurance selection is limited. Very weird experience. Never again.

The staff is friendly and good service. I would rate a 5 if didn't take so long to have the eyeglasses ready. In this day and age I don't see a reason why I should take a week to get a pair of glasses ready

I called and let the person who answered know that I needed glasses adjusted. He said it wouldn’t take long, so I let him know that I’m on my way in. I get to the door it was locked. The two Caucasian men seen me at the door, instead of COMMUNICATING with me that they were not yet open they commence to shutting the lights off- HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I think that was a disgusting gesture and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m appalled But hey what shall we expect from them being in our community 🤷🏽‍♀️OPEN OUR OWN N DONT SUPPORT THEM STARVE THEM

I visited the Erie Avenue site and my glasses were making my eyes worst and I could not see in front of me because it seemed that I was prescribed bifolcals instead of reading glasses strength. I paid $150 for using my own frames and getting transitional lenses in my mother's glasses frame, God rest her soul in peace, they are very special to me and I cannot wear them. When calling the office to have the problem corrected the receptionist insisted that I was not supposed to be able to read anything at arms length and further still when I asked to speak directly with the doctor I was told he would

I used to go there when I was a child. The experience was not bad but the attitude of the staff was distant. When you catch them with their pants down then they want to do something. If you do your job the right way the first time then there is no reason to suggest I give u money. No more

I love this place! I've been going here every since I was a kid! When I found out that It was the time for me to get a new eye exam and glasses that is; staff was very courteous, polite, and friendly. I've gotten my glasses within a week and a half! Nope, not going else where.

Usually I love going here, but about a month ago I paid full price for my daughter sports' glasses. I was told I would get a phone call from them when they were ready. Here it is April 6 and still no phone call. I called them and was informed that my daughter's glasses has been ready since March 17th. And the lady on the phone thought it was funny...smh
