I came in here a few times in 2 weeks for an eye infection, everyone there was so nice and helpful. The staff upfront were kind and helpful with phone calls and setting up appointments. The doctor was great during the appointment and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.
Would highly recommend going there for any eye are service you may need. Great place for your eye care! Dr. Patrick has the answers to your questions, does a thorough exam, has all the "bells and whistles" in equipment to check the status of your optic nerve, blood vessels, look for floaters, and diagnose eye damage from age or injury.

Dr. Carey A. Patrick is Board Certified in Therapeutic Optometry by the American Board of Optometry. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an active volunteer in both her community and in her profession.

What does my insurance cover? That varies widely by plan. Many insurance policies cover a standardized exam that includes, healthy eye checkup, vision assessment, glaucoma screening, and retina health check. Also, many insurance plans cover at least a portion of glasses/lenses OR contact lenses. If I do not have insurance, can I still get my eye exam at your office?

I had my yearly eye exam yesterday at Fairview eyecare P.A. The office is nicely decorated and spotless. The office staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I saw Dr.D and he was amazing. He performed my eye exam and explained all my options.I chose the contacts he suggested and am very pleased with them. I will never go anywhere else.

It's a pretty small office/shop with a limited offering for frames. The eye exam went well but the optician was less than satisfactory. I asked about the different levels of antireflective coatings and he couldnt tell me why there was a price difference between the 2nd and 3rd levels until after consulting with someone else. Before he talked to his coworker about it, I got a- "I don't know, we just charge you extra" kind of vibe from him. This made me very apprehensive about making a purchase from them. I told them I would think about it and requested the PD with the Rx to take home. I was told

My son Is 7 months old and I had some worries about his Vision I brought him here and I can 100% say that this was the best experience ever especially for a little baby. The staff was so sweet and very patient. The Technician and Doctor did a amazing job with my baby he did not cry once and was so into the whole exam process, they made sure all my worries and questions were answered perfectly. I will definitely recommend this EyeCare Office to anyone of any age they rock!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I will never go back. I started this process in June. I finally just got my glasses resolved in September. The staff has absolutely no idea what's going on. They don't order things they say they will. They blame each other for not doing what they should've done. Dr. Patrick is knowledgeable, but has zero bedside manner. She is difficult to talk to and only want to hear herself talk. Mike quoted me over $100 more than he should've, and didn't even apologize. My lenses ended up being more than my whole glasses and lenses were at the last

Well I came in with my own glasses and my prescriptions they had my glasses for a while and when I called to ask wats going on they told me I would have to wait 2 weeks more without even a phone call. Once I receive the glasses they had put the wrong prescription . And wen I asked for a refund and now it's a hassle.

The office staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Patrick was very thorough and took the time to know me and my needs as this was my first visit. My insurance changed so I was not happy to have to start over with a provider after 20 years of being with another Dr. I was very satisfied on my first visit.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Kruse and her team. I received one of the most thorough and well-explained eye exams I've ever had. I've worn glasses since kindergarten, and even had LASIK done in my 20s. Dr. Kruse explained all my options and didn't just stick me in any old pair of contacts. She took the time to go over my particular eye shape (flattened cornea due to lasik) and find a custom contact that would be comfortable and work well for me and my lifestyle. They advertise on their website that they take Aetna however someone from their office just called to inform me that they do not accept it. Note, I booked my appt over a month ago and they wait until 2 days before the appt to call and tell me this. When I told the girl it would have been nice if they called me earlier, she had the nerve to say that someone had tried a couple of times to reach me but I hung up on them. Are you kidding me?? I told her that I am 100% confident that no one from vision source attempted to contact me. As infuriating as this is, I'm almost glad it's cancelled

I have used the Vision Source for my eyecare needs for the past three years. I've seen both Dr. O'Hare and Dr. Patrick. Both of these women and the full staff are friendly, welcoming, and very clear. They answer all my questions with the utmost clarity. I always appreciate it when someone greets me by name when I arrive. This is exactly how this office operates. Even if I move, I may travel back to Fairview for my eyecare.
