Its so obvious that this is a corporate owned chain. From the time I walked in the door I could tell that all they care about is money. Before I even got checked in the receptionist asked me to spend extra money on some type of imaging but she didn't explain what it is or why I should get it so I told her I didn't want it. Then I go to a room, the optimistrost introduces herself and the first thing she does is ask me if I'm going to pay for the imaging that my insurance doesn't cover. She didn't explain any of the benefits/reason either. After this she was short with me when she did my eye test

It took me two different visits to finally get my contacts in! Victoria and Marissa were observant for when I would begin to get frustrated would reassure me that I could do it on between both visits! They were very patient with me and gave me many different techniques to put it in and take out my contacts in a friendly and positive manner! And Dr.Davidson and Dr.Patel are very professional. Very informative with the information given along with answering questions in a understanding manner.

I was disappointed with this place because the 1st time I went there they made me wait too long before seeing me. I was finally seen by Dr. Patel, but the prescription for contact lenses she gave me is not right for me. So, I had to make another appointment to get my prescription corrected. However, the second time I was there, I had to leave without being seen by Dr. Patel because they kept me waiting for too long and I had to go back to work. I'm not going back. I will just look for another doctor who can see me at the agreed time and can get my prescription right.

I've been having my eyes checked here for the past couple of years. This year for extra fun the receptionist at the doctors office wrote my prescriptions out to an incorrect name - I took this next door to order contacts only to have the sales associate call me by the incorrect name - I had to go back to the doctors office and have the receptionist correct this. Other than that small annoyance they have always been very reliable and helpful.

Dr. Fritts was very friendly and did a very thorough examination of my eyes. He discovered that my prescription (prescribed by a different optometrist) was too strong and causing my migraines. He was right - I haven't had a migraine since he adjusted my prescription. I would highly recommend Master Eye Associates in Vista Ridge Mall!
