Optimal Senior Care Solutions is the perfect solution for seniors and others in need who aren't ready to leave their home for an institutional setting, but because of illness or chronic conditions need in home assistance & support to remain at home. We improve your life by providing compassionate, one-on-one home assistance in the comfort of your own home.
As we age or if we have recently been hospitalized and are returning home (see Hospital 2 Home), we often will require assistance with things such as walking, personal hygiene, using the toilet, dressing, eating, help with getting in and out of bed or off and on a chair. Personal care includes assistance with what are referred to as Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Many people become isolated as they age in place. This happens for a variety of reasons including family and neighbors moving away, friends who pass away, health issues that prevent one from driving or from fear of falling when out and about. A regular, dependable companion can benefit a senior in so many ways.
Our Homemaking Services can provide the extra help our clients desire to remain independent and safe in their homes. Grocery Shopping: Our Home Care Aides will go with you or on their own to buy groceries and household items. Meal Planning & Preparation: Nutrition is an important part of staying healthy, active and, independent.
Our personalized services are available 7 days a week and can range from a few hours a day to 24/7. For those needing 24/7 assistance, there are two options: Live-in or Constant Care. A Care Plan will be created that may include aspects Personal Care, Companionship, Homemaking and Alzheimer's & Dementia Care depending on the needs of the client.

Excellent professional agency for staffing homecare needs. Our assigned care giver Ofa is exemplary! Great companion for seniors with memory impairment and is caring and considerate. Performs excellent personal care and grooming services, is a fantastic cook, housekeeper and all around personal assistant for my mother. I feel confident and secure that my mother is in good hands when I am away from the house. I am very impressed with Optimal Senior Care Solutions. This is a family company. My mother is treated like a family member by the administrations in their careful selection of care givers and by their willingness to work with our changing situation. My mother calls her care provider her "best friend". He is highly professional and effective, and yet engenders trust and love from my mother and from the rest of the family as well.
