I have been coming here for 15 yrs Everyone’s time is precious but if you have a 430 appointment with the vet tech not even the doctor and they’re going to be this late they should let you know because my time is precious to her always doing is they’re never ever ever on time I understand there’s emergencies but it just can’t be every time I come in that there is a problem I just wish they would get their scheduling done bettering 5:05 now and still no one ?

My Dog Stella ate a flipflop &i took her here &they were SO friendly &nice. Very patient &so caring. Took x-rays, told me my options &what the beat route would be. Long story short she now bas staples &i can tell it's going to heal perfectly.
My dog was in good hands &I definitely trusted this place with my little girl. It's scary when your dog needs to go through this type of thing but im glad everything was resolved. Thank you to the staff at Skinner !

Dr. Hass saved my dog's life, when another vet, who shall remain nameless, in Coal City, sent us home w/ meds for fluid retention. 24 hours later, my dog couldn't move or breathe, and I took her to Skinner, where emergency surgery was warranted. Her uterus had grown nearly as big as her own body, and was cutting off blood flow and oxygen. Dr. Hass is my vet, for life.

This place is so upsetting to me as I had grown up with this place helping my family's dogs for quite some time and remember wonderful experiences as a kid. I had just gotten a small cattle dog puppy and had taken her in for terrible diarrhea. I had gotten the same woman as our vet each time I visited. We had gone through medications and fecal tests only for her diarrhea to come back each time and the tests were always negative. I began feeling helpless because of there being no solid insight or even much care for what my poor pup is going through. Just the same basic suggestions of the bland

We just moved to town a week ago and our fur baby Otto became violently ill. we called for an appointment and although they were extremely booked they got us in!! The minute we walked in we felt welcomed and at ease. Although we just met it felt like family Dr Hass was amazing. We did not feel rushed at all, she took her time
and was very patient with all of our questions. Dr. Hass explained everything in detail so that we could understand it... No surprise charges everything is explained in detail and told you upfront in writing. Doctor called the next day to follow up on Otto
We are so grateful

We used to bring our cats here in the past and loved Dr. Skinner. He is no longer here now, we've only just returned after bad experiences at Mallard in Channahon. We now bring our lab for vet. checks here. Our first visit was with Dr. Haas who was very thorough. They tested for lime disease and found our dog is a carrier but does not necessarily have lime disease. This was never detected at Mallard in Channahon. They are good listeners and full of information. Just as before we are very pleased with the service here. It's a further drive but our dog is worth it!

Skinner Animal Clinic, I've been going there for 6 years and have Always been Extremely happy with how they've treated my dogs and explained everything they did and why . No extra cost or unnecessary tests to drive up the bill. Brought my dog in last week in an emergency and they got me in right, and I'm glad to say my dog is very much alive and healthy!
The office manager and tech's were very kind, compassionate, and efficient, not to mention their great personalities.

This is our new Vet quite a drive for us but I like his style, easy going, our cats like him, He's also pretty much to the point, when my cat got sick and all the rest of the vets kept jacking us around with one blood test after another and kidney tests, this guy looked at the test results and told us our cat had maybe a month or two left, and helped us keep him comfortable till he died, and I feel his prices are fair, we will use this vet till he retires.
