I wasn't going to share my review of this horrid place, but I have had enough! I took my dog in last week for a checkup and shots and the spikey haired assistant (who I thought was the doctor at first) tells me my dog has a heart palpation or rhythm problem. He's 7 years old and this was never a problem at my previous vet. So the actual vet comes in, and she says everything looks great! I questioned her about the heart issue, and she said everything sounded fine!! I don't know what to believe!! I paid my bill and requested to see the manager or owner of the practice and was told that she would

Took our shih tzu
Rocky where we thought he broke his leg. After an encouraged X ray it ended up being inflammation in his joint. After one dose of medication he is doing great. This was an emergency visit and we were seen in less than an hour and out in a half hour. Great job. Great vet. Highly recommend

We were referred to Dr. Chow by almost everyone in town for our pup that was having issues for a while. I promised never to come back here after a bad experience I had before, but we heard he was the only one we should see. We went to multiple other larger hospitals looking for answers and never got one to what was causing him issues. Dr. Chow asked if he could do a couple tests and gave us our answer. He spent what felt like hours with us talking over options and even offered to reach out to his contacts at universities in other states to help us out. He gave us peace of mind and truly cared for

I came here to see Dr. Joe after my best friend said he was the best. I usually don't post reviews, and was honestly hesitant to come here from a bad experience before. We've spent so much at other hospitals and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I can honestly say that Dr. Joe is truly one of a kind. He treated us like people, explained everything, and knew exactly what it was. We are just so thankful that we have an answer and that we found Dr. Joe. If youre reading this, trust me, he is something truly special. We thank you so much Dr. Joe, from the bottom of our heart!

We traveled close to 2 hours after we heard Dr. Joe was able to get us in the same day! Everyone said he is the best and now I can confirm that!! He was so genuine and even sat on the floor with our nervous pup who doesn't do well with strangers. Other hospitals refused to get us in and would muzzle our baby, but she warmed up to Dr. Joe almost instantly. SO incredibly thorough and kind, he explained things that nobody ever did and we were just amazed! I've never left the vet smiling, but we LOVE Dr. Joe and he will be our vet forever!!!

Recommend for my dog's TPLO surgery.
Staff was nice, knowledgeable, explained everything and answered my concerns. Dr. did a pre surgery exam and discussed everything. Very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. Dog is still recovering so I won't know for 3 months or more if it was successful. Dr is a well versed, caring, compassionate and accomplished surgeon!

We had to make the very hard decision to put our dog Missy to sleep. We were given all the information we needed for surgery for her but in the end we decided quality of life was not going to be good. The vet was very kind and understanding. He made the whole much easier for us. It's always heartbreaking to make that decision but it helps when there is kindness.

This past Saturday, our senior dog, Watson needed emergency care, our Vets office was closed. We called Skinner Animal clinic, that was nearing their closing time and yet they waited for us to bring him in.When we arrived, we were greeted with help to carry him in and kindness.Watson got up ,walked, went outside to pee, I took this as a good sign and brought him home.Unfortunatly, as the day and night passed, he worse. So I look for 24 hr.service and called Pine Bluff. The Dr.met us at midnight and we put Watson down. What amazed us was he was the same Doctor we saw earlier at Skinner clinic.Dr.Schmitt

My lab loves going here. He has had a chronic ear infection for weeks now. Dr Coder and her techs took the time to actually look at samples of his ear wax under the microscope to ID what was causing the infection. Now, three days later he is cleared up. Other vets will just pick a med and then see if that works and make you come back in after a week or two and then re-diagnose.
Only knit pick is that you can't get an appointment day of, many times appointments are set days away, or a week in our case. That's fine and dandy for vaccinations and general check ups, but I was worried his

I have been taking my pets to Pine Bluff for 23 years. Over the years they have treated Lumber, Tundra, and now Freeway, and Kuda, Twitz, Penny Archie and Blue. Though a couple of the super vets have retired, this hospital with a now younger staff still provides the same wonderful care for whoever I bring in.

Saturday February 11th my 15 month old English Bulldog, Rubble, was hit by a car. We live in Dwight, and the only vet in town was closed. Luckily a woman named, Kathy, who happened to work at Pine Bluff in the past, stopped right after it happened. She was able to tell us that he seems fine due to his color, but recommended we rush to Pine Bluff. It's a 25 minute drive for us (speeding) but we made it in time to see Dr. Schmidt on an emergency visit. He was very professional, and courteous. Although we've never used this vet, or hospital, he treated us as if we've been coming there

I took my cat Mickey in with had a badly broken leg which could not be saved. Dr. Schmidt operated and saved Mickey. The care and treatment given to him was phenomenal and Mickey's recovery is going very well. It was the first time I went to Pine Bluff Animal Hospital but it will now be the only place I go.
