Late to our service and left early! We booked 320-520. They didn’t show up till 330 and left at 514. Leaving a lot of our guest behind. We originally booked a big bus for a return but didn’t end up needing it with all the guests who had to drive themselves. They refuse to take any blame and refuse to give us our money back for the bus we didn’t use. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

We secured a 14 passenger vehicle 2 months in advance. 30 minutes prior to the arrival time, we were told the vehicle was in an accident (which was a lie) and they would send another vehicle that would fit us comfortably. A 9 passenger limo showed up…We has people sitting on laps and on the floor. Alex, called and was very rude and… unprofessional. He stated that it was too bad, and he actually charged us an additional $91 for this awful service. I would not recommend this company to anyone! If I owned this company, Alex would not be working for me.

Absolutely terrible!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone for any event, especially if they want to be ON TIME 🙄 the bus was late by over an hour picking up my friends wedding party after the reception! Guests were waiting at the hotel for the after party to begin. Not to mention, the way this incident was handled was extremely unprofessional.

Terrible service! They never showed up to pick up the bridal party after the wedding. We were stranded in a parking lot for several hours while other guests were waiting at a hotel for the after party - WITHOUT the bridal party! Imagine bridesmaids and the bride sitting on the ground because heels and long waits don’t mix. Every time we checked… in for a status update we kept being told just a little longer. We had to ask several friends at the hotel with cars to come back and pick us up. We didn’t have enough cars for the amount of people stranded either so clearly unacceptable

Canceled reservations on me didn’t even give me a reason . After booking me and taking my money 4 days before my event they said it got rejected . Tried to get some help and Cindy l was being unprofessional and… rude refusing for me to speak to a manger . This is ridiculous and do not book with them at all . They are ridiculous. Also just received a phone call from the manager Muhammad called me and was extremely rude and disrespectful.
