Two of us rode together and were charged $86 to travel from O'Hare to Downtown. Driver said his fare was same as Uber. We arrived at hotel and our colleagues only paid $32 for both of them for the same trip. Cab was very nice and driver was friendly however I feel like he took advantage of us since we were from out of town. We'll use Uber next time.

Called and booked a limo at 10:30 pm for pick-up (5:15 am) in going to O'Hare. At 5:10 am, still no car. Called, dispatch said he had nothing but would call me right back to check with the driver. Ayyy! Waiting in a panic, no call back. I called and now got voicemail. Ayyy! Called another service and they sent a car right away. Then then call came in. The driver had a "issue" and never notified the office. Really??? Definitely stay clear of this company if your in need of a reliable ride.

We were solicited by the driver at O'Hare Airport. We were walking towards the taxi line and he yelled he was available Taxi. We asked him the cost when we got inside he said he was metered like a normal Taxi and he accepted cash or credit. Normally a taxi from O'Hare to Schaumburg cost $35 to $40 flat rate. We were charged $89 plus tip for 25 minutes ride. It's unbelievable that their business practices allowed them to charge double from a normal taxi. Taxi's charge a flat rate just like a car service

Total scam. They advertise as a taxi service but if you don't specifically say you DO NOT want a limo they will charge you for one. Showed up with a large sedan that reeked of the driver's nasty cologne, I could barely stand the trip to O'Hare. Charged me $72 for a 20 minute trip to ORD from the North Suburbs. I use 303 Taxi now, very reliable with reasonable rates.

$67 from Hoffman Estates to Ohare airport for a 25 minute/17 mile drive during a non-peak time with absolutely no traffic. This taxi company cost me $3.94/mile. Worst value for a cab ever, and an EASY 1 star rating. This is why Uber/Lyft is far superior than horrid taxi and limousine companies like this one.

I purchased a Groupon to take advantage of the great airport transportation price. I called on 4/13/12 to make a reservation and the guy was so rude on the phone! Every question I asked I received a response with an attitude. Im sorry but if I am paying for a service I expect to receive the service requested and be treated with respect. If I was being rude then I would understand. When I told the guy that I didnt not need the attitude he stated "you can call Groupon and get a refund." I have called Groupon to receive a refund and made a complaint.

Like the only other reviewer for this company, I, too, have only a single experience to base my enthusiastic endorsement of this company on. However, as I enter this review on my computer while enjoying the ambience of the Red Carpet Club, I wanted to let other Yelpers know that this company was absolutely on time for my Gold Coast pickup to O'Hare, I had a comfortable ride in a Chrysler 300 with leather seats, absolutely immaculate interior, pleasant and courteous driver, and the whole thing was $49 + tip (I added $9.00). I recently arrived at O'Hare after a 7 week vacation in Europe with plenty of luggage, a XL dog carrier and a dog. I for sure figured that Yellow Cab would give me a ride home but they told me that they do not allow dogs in their cabs and I need to find another way to get home. Thank God a driver from Airport Express overheard the conversation and offered me a ride. $55 later and a nice ride in a Lincoln SUV I arrived at my apartment in Rogers Park.
