Booked this group for the National restaurant show and they were EXCELLENT to work with. All the drivers are very professional and the cars are clean and beautifully maintained.
They even worked with us to push our ride back at the last minute because our plane was delayed. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone who needs a driver in the Chicago area.

I used AIBG shuttles for a conference I organized, and my participants were so impressed. The total cost was half the quote I got through a different vendor approved through my university. I am new to this region (1 year) and have used this service several times. In fairness, the drivers have never been late, but I have caught them several times charging me "holiday fee" when there was no holiday. CHECK YOUR QUOTE line by line. Second, they automatically add a gratuity. I did not know this until today but Yani is a driver as well as the owner and I have had multiple problems with him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! This was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a "professional" driver.
From even initially booking the limo, to confirming the trip to being picked up, the ride itself and the drop off- everything and everyone involved including the manager Yani and the driver who refused to tell us his name- were unprofessional and the worst service I've ever had.
I initially booked the limo with the manger Yani over the phone whose English was not great. Neither was the drivers.
We scheduled the limo to pick us up at 10 PM

When I called to get a quote I requested 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs. Nothing was said about an additional $15 charge. On the way to the airport there was no additional fee even though there was 2 pick ups. On the way home there was a big miscommunication on the driver picking us up to the point of the dispatcher asking me if I spoke English...once the driver arrived we went over the order of the drop off, he argued and said no we will go a different order. We requested the order that was on the confirmation...he agreed again. We then explained we had a death in the family and if we can please keep

This limo service is a RIP OFF! We had specifically requested a big vehicle due to our big family and two small children. We get a regular old broke down outdated limo. Traveling is already anxiety ridden as it is so I would expect a ride to airport with ease. We could not get radio going and driver did not help us. ( honestly we believe he just turned radio off on us) Next, I put privacy window up and he had the nerve to put it down right away. And just gave us a look through the rear view mirror. We had hot coke and hot water bottles. NO ICE! It was an awkward drive to Ohare! Not what we expected

I reserved a sprint for a girls trip for six each of us had 1 large piece of luggage and some had a bag. The pick up was fine no problem, the vehicle that we reserved picked us up. When we returned back to Chicago 6 days later a very old limo with no air working picked us up. The vehicle was filthy and smelly inside.We had to put our luggage in the car with us. The trunk could only hold 2 large pieces of luggage.We all had to ride in a hot smelly vehicle with flies flying in and dirty. I called the office and was told I could not get a refund. Prompt professional huge limo vans that fit all 10 of us with 29 bags!!! Yes 29! Driver arrived early for our ride to ORD and loaded all of our bags! Upon return to ORD we claimed our bags and called. Dispatch said to wait inside for driver and in 8 minutes she arrived. Loaded us all back up and safely drove us home in a warm comfortable clean van. Great service - will call on them again for sure!

It is my birthday, waiting with my husband after a great night out in downtown chicago. Had a confirmation call for the limo at 7 pm to pick us up at 11 pm. 11 pm comes 11:15 and so on. My husband calls four times and is hung up on each time after lying and saying the driver has arrived. Realizing the year have completely screwed us, we hike it back to the train station. 40 minutes later the driver text to tell us he arrived to pick us up, almost an hour late, and after his boss said he was already there. Find someone else!! These guys left my wife and I stranded in down town Chicago on her birthday. I made the reservation a month in advance , I confirmed it 4 hours before the 11pm pick up , and they never showed! Tried calling them and every time they went to " check in on the driver" I got hung up one. Worthless company , will never do business with them.

After using limo services for over 25 years, everyone has their good and bad. Our trip was a 1 1/2 hour trip. A couple major issues : car was dirty. When we arrived to the wedding and the men got out their jackets, 2 out of 3 had red/pink stains on their jackets in multiple places. It looked like pink frosting which made sense since the driver was removing a car seat when he picked us up. Totally unacceptable. Also the front seat was broken so the lucky person sitting there had to sit in a totally 90+ degree angle for 90 minutes. Driver was nice but on the way home was definitely fighting

I was a bit unsure to try this company based on the reviews but they really impressed me. I called after receiving our baggage at Ohare. They told me what door to go out, the license plate number and to wait inside because it was so cold. It took about 10 minutes from the time we got our baggage to driver arriving. We had lots of heavy luggage and a dog and cat. The driver was pleasant and helpful with everything. I would try them again.

Pro tips: have the dispatcher waive the auto gratuity of 20%~ this is a pet peeve for me. The delays for getting the car at O'Hare can be a bit long.
These folks were able to send a text message with information which was helpful.
It would be great if a text auto generated with drivers name, car year make model and plates. If it had the drivers number it would make for a more efficient process (so you don't wait for your car- as we did. And like many others did in times before mystical communication devices that are found

I ordered a pick up from Ohare for a guest.
They knew the pick up was a guest and and without my authorization, ordered a return trip.
Despite canceling the trip via a phone call and email, they went a head and did it anyways.
This company is shady with their sneaky sales tactics. Other services will make sure they have your authorization first. I will never use this company again.

A fast callback and the guy says, "how about a Lincoln Navigator?" I say, I don't know, is the large one, and he says yes it is a Navigator L. I say "that will be OK, because we have a TON of luggage" (and I have a one as well, we used it to get to the airport, so I know our luggage will fit and have room for us.
