Murphy Frazier Chiropractic (MFC) has been providing healthcare to patients throughout San Diego County since 1993. We utilize a very safe, gentle and effective adjusting technique customized to our patient's individual needs. MFC consists of two siblings, Dr. Colleen Murphy and Dr. Suzanne Frazier.
Your first appointment at Murphy Frazier Chiropractic will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The first visit will involve some simple paperwork, a consultation with the doctor to determine if your condition is likely to be helped with chiropractic care, followed by a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination.
I have been dealing with serious discomfort on a daily basis for over 20 years due to my scoliosis in my back. At one point, 2 orthopedic surgeons recommended spinal fusion of 15 of my vertebrae, something I declined to pursue. Then I was referred by a close friend to Murphy/Frazier Chiropractic and little did I know that I would finally get the relief I have been seeking for all these years.

Best doctor I have ever had in my Life. Wouldnt change her for any other doctor ever. Heck would change my insurance or even pay out of pocket to see her if I had to thats how good of a doctor she is. Looks out for your health like no other. Would recommend her to ANYONE if they take your insurance shes the go to Chiropractor for me. Easiest doctor to talk to and most undertstandable. She leaves you feeling like you got to convey all your concerns, they were all heard, and understood and now you have a great health action plan in motion. Goes over and beyond to make sure you have the best experience

I was having the worse back pains ever, I was taking pain pills twice a day, plus heating pads and couldn't do my daily chores from the pain, then I went to Murphy Frazier and was treated, after one treatment I woke up the next day without any pain at all. It was a miracle. They are absolutely the best there is in San Diego

I can't believe I've never reviewed them before as they have: straightened me up after being in pain hunched over for several weeks; enabled me to walk out when I was unable to walk in; kept me tuned up so I have far fewer episodes with my chronic back.
After nearly 30 years of chronic post-back surgery issues, I'd tried multiple of : yoga, PT, acupuncture, homeopaths, massage therapists, and chiropractors. I was dubious of chiropractic especially as I'd had several bad experiences but a coworker who was a competitive athlete

This was my first visit to a chiropractor, and it also happened to be one of the best experiences I've had with ANY doctor. I felt immediately that my problem was being heard and addressed. There was care, humor, and patience in the service I received. This is what I've always looked for and missed in my healthcare.

My search for a Chiropractor is over. I can't say enough about the great and attentive service here. The time they spent to evaluate my back problem was very reassuring. I've been to other chiropractors and explained my problem as they then proceeded with treatment without evaluating my back. Dr. Murphy spent the time needed to evaluate and diagnosis my issue before proceeding with treatment. She went thru each vertebrae to evaluate my spine. Ever time I leave after treatment i couldn't ask for a better outcome. Their cutting edge laser treatment does wonders. Thank you so much

Excellent chiropractors here who are very professional and caring. The ElectroStim is very helpful for my muscles and I've gotten excellent results from it. I've also had some IV Laser therapy on my knees and it helped my ability to walk without pain.
I highly recommend Doctors Murphy and Frazier at Murphy Frazier Chiropractic.

Without a doubt these ladies are the finest chiropractors in San Diego! I've been a patient of theirs since 1997 and never have I been tempted to stray.
I've never had a problem with scheduling or insurance. The office runs like a well oiled machine. They offer laser treatments which is a huge bonus and most chiropractors do not have this.
In addition thanks to them I am now on Juice Plus+ which literally saved my life! I don't mind if I have to wait 20 minutes they are a busy office after all!

In my opinion, Murphy Frazier is the best chiropractic office in San Diego. I have had bad neck problems for almost 20 years and only they have been able to help me tolerate everyday life. I'm in front of a computer everyday, like most people, and I find myself getting super tense, and massages don't help. I have never felt pressured to come in or buy any products. I just come in whenever I feel I need an adjustment. I moved to North County about 2 years ago and I've tried other chiropractic offices, thinking that I will eventually find one that will help me. The staff here is great and attentive. Colleen and Suzanne work with you diligently to find working solutions to your body`s ailments. They are very accommodating with scheduling your appointments around your availability. They accept many insurance carriers including some workers compensation companies. Murphy Frazier offers chiropractic adjustments, massage, laser therapy, and a number of healing products to assist you in reaching maximum medical improvement.

All I can say, is that the laser is fabulous..... I was a complete mess and almost tore my hamstring, and the laser fixed everything in only a few visits. I almost needed surgery so this was HUGE..... Both doctors are very nice and even called me that night to see how I was feeling. I like the cozy office and parking in Hillcrest is a plus. I will only recommend Murphy Frazier Chiropractic to all my friends.

They are good chiropractors here but the few times I did come, I had to have almost 20 minutes. Of the two sisters, the younger sister was much friendlier, the older sister was cold. Location is central if you are near the area and they do have parking. I just stopped going here because I couldn't afford to wait so long...though their practice is good.
