Services
Chiropractors use controlled forces - adjustments - when there are restrictions around joints that the body is unable to overcome. Such barriers include tight muscles, swelling, inflammation, scar tissue, and pain. The controlled force of the Chiropractic adjustment safely generates the energy to overcome such restrictions and return a joint to its normal range of movement, increasing range of motion, and decreasing pain.

Angel was extremely unprofessional. The session started 20 minutes late, and was cut short 10 minutes. He spent most of the time bragging about himself, his practice, and his travels. He was not attuned to my health issues. He tried to aggressively sell me on 3 sessions/wk, which is the old chiropractic scam that’s part of why the industry has such a mixed reputation. I only wish I’d been brave enough to ask for a refund. It was truly one of the worst health treatments of my life.

I have been going to Spectrum for about 5 weeks now and I absolutley love this office. Everyone is so kind and caring as well as gender inclusive. I started seeing them for nerve pain, neck pain, and lower back pain along with poor mobility. Im finally starting to feel myself again after months of severe pain in my right arm. Im so grateful to have found this office.

Dr. Angel and Dr. Cam are the best!! Saw there add on Instagram and decided to give it a go and let me say it was the BEST thing I could do for my body. They are soo welcoming and sweet, great vibe and atmosphere. Did a whole visit plan with them and it was do worth it!! My body feels soo much better and mobility improved. This office is amazing, I was nervous at first but everyone was extremely kind and welcoming starting with Kayla in the front desk. Both Dr. Angel and Dr. Cam are so knowledgeable and helped me come up with a wellness plan that fit my schedule as a full time mom. I’d recommend this office to anyone , feeling pain. My headaches and back pain has gone after sessions at Spectrum.

10's across the board! The entire staff is super friendly. Dr. Angel and Dr. Cam. are both great, so you can't go wrong with seeing either one. I started coming here because of a back injury. My back pain was initially excruciating but got significantly better after each session. I do not think I would have healed as fast if I did not come here. Highly recommend!

I just had my first chiropratic experience, and it was amazing! Coming into the office was a warm atmosphere. I came in without an appointment, but luckily they had an opening! They went over my posture. Dr. Cam explained everything well, and accompanied that information with an evaluation sheet. After the appointment, everything I had an issue with has been alleviated. Thank you Dr. Cam and your staff! The experience is something I will never forget!

I had my first chiropractic experience with Spectrum yesterday after getting a referral from fellow military veterans. I have been in pain for some time and was hoping this experience would give me some relief. Well I wasn't disappointed. First, the staff was very welcoming the moment I came through the door. The office space was very clean and had a relaxing aromatherapy vibe in the air. My assessment was thorough as I was educated and why I am experiencing pain and what would be needed to be fixed. I'm in the military and anyone that's military understands the stress and strain it has on our bodies. I saw them on Facebook and figured I'd give them a shot! They are amazing and get the locations on your body that bother you. If you tell them they help you. I have Cam as my chiropractor and he's amazing! Definitely suggest anyone with any body problems to go see them!! And they don't cost as much as a regular chiropractor does so go see them!

Moving out here to San Diego I have been to 2 other chiropractic practices and Spectrum stands out the most significantly. The entire staff is friendly and I am so grateful for Cameron who does my adjustments. I was desperate to find relief for my shoulder and neck pain as I am a Lash Artist and my posture needs some straightening out. I was experiencing a lot of tightness and nerve pain. The work and strain I put on my body I knew would need some TLC and I felt so much relief after just 2 visits. Having Tricare insurance who does not cover chiropractic care, I was very grateful to find Spectrum Chiropractic who offers a generous military discount as well as a package deal for needed visits. This made it very affordable for me to get the help I needed with the numerous out of whack areas of my torso. Dr. Angel has been perfect at finding the underlying issues associated with my pain. He goes beyond the bone adjustments and spends time addressing the muscular issues and scraping away scar tissue (feels gentle I promise). I booked an appointment for my wife because of her debilitating neck pain. She has seen other chiropractors in SD, but this one, hands down, is the best one she's seen to date! Her neck pain was gone after a couple of days! We're both military and we got a great deal to be seen! It truly seems like Angel cares about his practice and loves what he does! So I had pain in my back and right shoulder for nearly 8 years. I thought I had to get surgery. Luckily my friend referred me to this place and Dr. Angel worked wonders. Not only my pain is gone, but my posture feel amazing. Dr. Angel and his team KNOW how to deliver SERVICE! I'm a chiropractor myself and am very particular in who I let take care of my body. I come to Angel and his team to get checked so I can be at my best for my career. Dr. Angel listens to my needs and is a positive presence and energy. He also has a very diverse practice because that's what he attracts due to his accepting nature!
