We have worked with Regina twice over the years. 7 years ago, we were moving to Wilmington from out of state, and only had one weekend to find a new home. She took her entire weekend and showed us probably 20 houses, and took time to educate us on the different areas of Wilmington, and the prod and cons of each area, until we felt we had enough information to make an informed decision.

We contacted Regina Drury on a Tuesday, she listed our house the following Tuesday, and it went under contract that day. We had multiple offers, and ended up accepting an offer over the list price, with amazing terms, but we had no where to live, once the house sold. This is by far the best real state agent in this area. From the moment I called her she has taken care of EVERYTHING!!! She made this experience, which can be a headache, stress free! Always answers the phone almost immediately! This is my first time selling a house and I was really worried. Once she came into the picture everything became effortless. Regina has a way with words that she can easily simplified real state lingo. Super-aggressive (in a good way) when it comes to exposing properties in the market! I highly recommend her and her team!
