Took child here because they were being abused. They did nothing but try and teach the child how to deal with the abuser. Try to Gaslight me to not make waves for health of all involved. Encouraged abuser in sessions to stay involved with the child.
Thankful a judge hear the same information that the therapists heard in those many sessions and remove the child immediately from the abuser. Now a year later and court protected and still removed from abuser child Is safe and healing.
Maybe it’s for the grant money or maybe it’s because they don’t care .. No idea but I wouldn’t recommend

This is a public assistance facility. I've only taken a friend here for her Obama phone but she was treated very respectfully by all and accomplished her task. Didn't take all day either.

The Lighthouse provides valuable resources for Placer County families who are in need of assistance for a variety of issues. They have helped countless families and individuals who are in need of counseling, employment resources, WIC, help with Medi-cal enrollment, backpacks for families for back to school, etc. They continuously help with diapers and baby wipes for low income families in the communities they serve. I cannot say enough good things about this organization. The leadership is phenomenal, and the reach continues to grow. Thank you, Lighthouse, for all that you do!

Unprofessional, unpolite, unhelpful. I took my foster son, there was no one in the office to greet me. I thought oh well, maybe they are busy but then when I finally saw someone take a seat at the front desk I was not even acknowledged. Second time coming, our appointment was at 5pm we arrived about 15 minutes early and to our suprise the door was locked, I could see the lady at the desk was speaking on the phone so we politely waited outside until 15 after. I was underwhelmed and feel like the kids deserve better. It's terrible we couldn't reach the trained professionals who provide care, his

I had high hopes, having heard so many people talk about this place. As such I was expecting to be disappointed as usual. I was not disappointed in the least.

First the place is quiet, clean, and every one I met was super nice. Second they don't make you feel like some other not for profits, you know like they are doing you a favor so you better be happy with what ever you get... No, not here. I actuality genuinely felt like these wanted to help people. A great feeling.

The resources here are impressive. I couldn't believe that they cost little to no money out of pocket. Of course
