Brambleton Computer opened in 2013 with the goal of providing individuals across the Roanoke Valley with the best in computer repair and an exceptional service experience. Owned by Chris Duncan and his father Keith Duncan, Brambleton Computer is the sister store to Vinton Computer, which Chris introduced three years earlier.
At Brambleton Computer, our service to you begins with a free diagnostics check and an assessment of your computer issues. We take the time to listen to you and fully understand the problem you are experiencing. A member of our team will ask questions to clarify the issue, and may request that you demonstrate the problem.
If you have computer problems and you live close to Roanoke, VA, take your computer to Brambleton Computer! Wow! They immediately found the problem - a bad video card! They only charge $50 to go over your computer really good, tell you the problem or problems, and you pay for the parts. They come and discuss it all with you while they are working on it!
A: Not at all. We provide our services on a first-come, first-served basis. When you walk into our store, someone will greet you almost immediately and assist you with whatever issues you are having with your computer. A: Turnaround time depends on the extensiveness of the issue you are having with your computer.

My computer crashed and I had no way to retrieve my small business spreadsheets. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! My machine was not worth making the investment of repair. I purchased a new computer and Evan was kind enough to retrieve all of my files from my old computer. Very quick turn time and extremely professional. Brambleton Computer has made three major errors to our 5 business computers recently. 1. Installed and charged 2 editions of their recommended VIPER antivirus. It wasn't running on either computer After 1
5 years we had a different issue and the computer tech had to put in a new.key code to get them to run
2. External hard drive was not.backing up...... the tech guy moved it to another computer..Goes what? It wasn't even working or.backing up but he never told us. Another tech person from a . different company came and told us it wasn't even backing up.
3. They took my computer that had a crashed

Great followup up and customer service...they were unable to fix the laptop (they did attempt to reinstall M$ Windows but the SSHD was kaput) but since they did not fix the computer they did not charge me the base $50.00 labor fee which I thought was pretty incredible!!! I will be using this company the next time I have a problem - they are awesome!

When I entered Brambleton Computer for the first time two days ago, I felt like the little "old grandma" with the laptop and hammer in her hand ad. Sam put me at ease as soon as he smiled and said he could fix my problem. He lived up to that and saved over 4,000 pics as well as correcting everything on my list. They are "so professional" and so fast at getting the job done, all with a smile on their faces. The price was awesome! We also had the pleasure of meeting Keith Duncan.
