Computers In Roanoke was started by Ken Waybright after working with local tech companies through his own business and seeing the need for better customer service. Talking with customers on a personal level was not something he was seeing a lot of. He wanted to take the lead when it came to computer and customer services in Southwest Roanoke.
What about business support? We do that as well. We actually have worked and continue work with several small to medium companies in Southwest Virginia. We offer support for Point of Sales systems, VPN networks and tunnels, networking, server system setup and installations, network printing and more.

Ken answered my Yelp request for services quickly and was able to schedule a service call for me for the next working day. He texted me his eta and arrived promptly on time. He spent a good bit of time trying to get my laptop to boot up and eventually removed the hard drive and battery to take them to his home workshop so he could retrieve my info and put it on my thumb drive. He rang me in the evening to say that sadly the hard drive was corrupt and couldn't be accessed. The battery had begun to bow upward, so it was a goner too. In his opinion the 7 year old machine wasn't worth
