I used Erich as a tutor for a cybersecurity class and he was absolutely WONDERFUL. Very understand of my slow skills with working with Linux and other command line stuff. He is also very knowledgeable in the topic and understands what you are doing. If you need help with any programming langue, he also knows that too. Helped me with JavaScript to understand what I was doing.

I called seeking help with issues regarding network connectivity . She was very helpful in assisting me over the phone and gave me a few thing to try to troubleshoot and fix my problem, without charge. This really showed she had my best interest in mind! I ended up fixing it via one of her suggestions. Definitely recommend her business if you need computer help!

I am most appreciative that I found someone personable and understanding. Some companies treat women differently when it comes to computer or vehicle repair. This is a woman owned business with knowledge, understanding, and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services. Kathryn was very helpful from my very first contact with her. I had searched for a local computer support company to help scan my computer to see why it was running so slowly. Kathryn allowed me to drop my computer off nearby and had it back after the weekend.
