We repaired an iPhone 8 at this location. After the repair, our microphones were never the same. Screen cracked again, poor quality repair, and we took it elsewhere to fix this time. We were told our wire had been cut by whoever did previous repair.

I needed a new screen for my phone that's been backordered. They were able to get it once it became available within a day. I brought it in and they were able to fix it within an hour like they said with a good price. They did a great job and I recommend this place for sure!

Iphone back glass!!! Fast repair and good quality. I called other stores in the area and dr cell phones offered me the best price and the fastest service. They do a quick job with a laser technology, the other stores told me that this technology could damage my phone LIARS!!! They offered zero risk. My iPhone 6 wouldn't charge. Dude pulled a huge lint ball out of the port, then checked my AC plug and chord. The chord worked, but plug did not. He referred me down the road to get a cheaper replacement and did not even charge me for any of it. Also replaced the broken glass screen on my wife's iPhone 6. Works great! Saved hundreds of dollars.

I am giving them a five star for superior customer service. something you don't find often. I came in stressed about my phone. The young man listened and patiently took my phone. Magically my phone started to work. Yes it was only frozen, but instead of trying to sell me a repair job or new screen he unlocked it. Gave me the simple instructions on what to do. My my my, I am a happy camper. I also went to T-Mobile first and did they help me???NO

No stars at all. Zero. Improper installation 2 times. Then they said it's not covered. I went in the first time and they replaced the glass on a iPhone 5S. The screen was coming up and they said they could fix it in 15 minutes. Told them to take their time and do it right. Came back and they couldn't find the phone for 30 minutes. Then once they did it wouldn't work at all. So they replaced it again. 2 days letter the same thing. Screen coming up. So I press down on it and the screen cracks. I take it back and now it's not warranty. So I talked to the manager (on the phone

NEVER waste your time or money at this place. They are liars & unprofessional. Victor, the manager, lacks customer service skills. Kept asking me what I wanted him to do for me & according to him all of my requests were unreasonable. This was the 2nd I used this place, SHAME ON ME!! Yelp will not let me give them 0 stars, but even that would be too many.

Place sucks over priced for a screen replacement and a week after I had it replaced the screen it's self fell out of my phone like it was never screwed into place not to mention when I got it back my cameras didn't work and now apple tells me my phone needs a new mother board Wouldn't recommend and de cell phone to anyone that cares about there phone

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called them to replace my cell phone screen it was only going to be 100 but they had to keep my phone for 2 days. The man I talked to on the phone was soo rude. On my way there, I drove past "a cellphone repair and jewelry" store. It's on jones road and west wood (across from Popeyes). The man working was so friendly and it turned out the LCD and glass was broken. He only charged me 70 dollars and it took 15 minutes. I will never go anywhere else now. My phone is working perfectly :)

Do not use Dr. cell phone. I brought my fully functional iPhone 5 into the highway 290 location on 4 January for a cracked screen. The next day the brightness on the phone completely went out. I returned the phone to them on the 6th January. Today the 20th January 2015 I finally got my phone back after several phone calls and several visits. Not only does the phone not have brightness anymore it won't turn on. Dr Cell Phone has completely broken my phone!!! I was forced to buy a new iPhone six to replace this one. This was the worst service experience I have EVER had by Victor! This was my second time bringing my cell phone to this location (19710 Northwest Fwy, Jersey Village, TX 77065) and I NEVER will again!!! The LCD went out on my iPhone after having it repaired about 3 months ago by Dr. Cell Phone. Victor explained to me that their warranty was only for 30days. He refused to honor the sign posted on the register which stated that customers would receive a $20 discount to leave a comment on face book or google. QUALITY OF GLASS IS HORRIBLE!! BUY ELSE WHERE! I know it's hard to prove what broke your screen or the circumstances so I'm not upset they didn't cover the broken screen. They said since it didn't have impact marks it could have had pressure applied to it that caused the two cracks to form and spread. Sounds legit until you realize my phone stays in my front pocket or on my desk at work when sitting down.
