I had the worst experience I ever had with a business with 911 computer. During the past summer I contacted 911 about a harddrive I had that I couldn't retrieve data from. The told me they could diagnose and quote for potential repair for $50. They pick it up no problem, easy fast exchange. They tell me they would let me know within a day or two about the status and send an invoice. It took about a week but they did tell me it was no retrievable data and sent me the $50 invoice which I promptly paid.

Wow! Wow! You guys rocks saved my daughter’s computer in no time. She spilled water and these guys saved everything. I was kind of skeptical about the service but after reading all the good reviews I decided to call them. The lady who answered the phone was very informative and explained to me in detail all the service and repair process. What is amazing about this company is they offer you 90 days warranty for the labor! And 1 year for the parts, is like a brand new computer warranty. Kudos 911 Computer.

The keys on my laptop weren't working. They came pretty quick and sent me a quote. The quote was for $350- I felt that was pricey and told them "no thanks" two days later I still didn't have my computer back. When I called and asked for it, they either wouldn't answer or were VERY rude. When I finally got my computer back late and half a day later it was broken even more and not put back together properly. I have tried to call about the breaks they left on my laptop but they won't pick up.

My Sony VAIO laptop hard drive finally died after 5 years of faithful service. I contacted 911 Computer Repair to see if the drive could be replaced with a SOLID STATE drive and get Window 10 loaded. They immediately set up an appointment, and a technician came TO MY HOME! I got text messages as to when he would arrive, his name, color vehicle, etc. Juan Carlos took my computer and was gone in 15 minutes. The NEXT day, 911 Computer Repair called and said the computer was done and could deliver on a Saturday afternoon. I wasn't able to receive the computer, so they set up an appointment first

I give this company a 1 star rating. I needed my internet badly. A switch from Comcast to AT&T back to Comcast left no connection and I had Bill's due that I paid online. They were the 2nd company to call me from asking on Angie's List ( Home Advisor). They had someone out in a couple of hours. Reason I did not go with anyone else. Surprise it wasn't to start fixing the issue which Comcast would not do, it was to give a quote of nearly 350.00 to get my connection back up and running and they wanted 20% down to hold my appointment the next day. 911 Computer did an excellent job and also provided top notch customer service. The worst possible thing happened to my business computer, the hard drive crashed. Juan Carlos came to my home office and was able to pinpoint the issue in about 10 minutes, something the competition wasn't even able to do. 911 Computer had my computer up and running within 5 business days and resolved all the issues and saved all of my data and files. A very customer friendly combination of computer knowledge and service. I highly recommend.

I have recently used 911 for help malware and viruses on my MacBook. They were very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my laptop and keeping me informed through out the process. Juan Carlos took his time in explaining the process and what would be done and answered all my questions before and after the work was completed. I would contact them again if I required any further work on my computers.

Yes, they are a "5". They both fixed my laptop and sped it up.... Love the remote, pick up and deliver too. Price was moderate, but fair, as I opted for the rush service... ( how much is your time worth, lost business?) and returned it in under 4 hours + a 30 day warranty. They will be my go to computer repair place, as it was easy too... ciao

I called 911 computer, they set up an appointment with me. They text me the information when they would arrive. They were great. They came to my house diagnosed my computer, gave me a reasonable price, they were very nice accurate and dependable. My computer is back and working good again. This company is not the cheapest but let me tell you when you are running a business and must have computers that work they can tell you what the issue is and fix it fast! The technician also took the time to educate and explain to me how the different components in my system worked. I was very pleased with the work they did and best of all they came to my front door to pick it up! His vehicle was wrapped and branded which was super professional. FIVE STARS!

I have a large water cooled gaming rig that I also do my work on. Had an issue I could not resolve, so I called these guys. I sorta picked them a bit at random, but I'm glad I did.
The dude was at the house that early afternoon (Tuesday), and I had my rig back early Friday afternoon, with a warrantee. It was less expensive that what I expected. I'll use these guys again if needed.

We had issues with our home computer wi-fi accessibility and wanted a local company who would come out and diagnose our issues and provide us with solutions. 911 computer did just that. Reasonable prices and on-time service. Do NOT use a big box store like Best Buy when you can get great quality service from a company who isn't going to bill you by the hour and over sell you. I work for a small business and to come in the day before payroll find I can not get into my computer was a HUGE issue - the owner called and the same morning I had a technician at the office to assist. Unfortunately my system had been attacked by several infections that would take a few days to scrub but he asked which files were vital to get payroll run and promised he would have those scanned by the end of the day and if they were clean brought to me in an in encrypted form to use. I was very much on the fence about using this company because of the absence of reviews. Nevertheless, because they are a mobile company ( that will pick up and assess your computer from home or your workplace), I decided to give them a shot. Forward to two weeks later, $200 later, 10 futile calls and unreturned messages later...

First time I used 911 for a computer problem and couldn't have been more pleased. The company worked with me to find a convenient time, I was notified one hour prior to the appointment and the tech arrived on time. The tech was courteous, friendly and professional; it didn't take long to identify the problem and proposed a solution. I felt confident that the tech knew what he was doing and secure in letting him take my computer for repairs.
