I cannot recommend Ninth Street Flowers enough. I recently used Ninth Street Flowers for my wedding. They created GORGEOUS arrangements for our bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. The flowers were so fresh, the colors were breathtaking and the arrangements were so creative and elegant. The folks here are so easy to work with and their prices are unbeatable. I visited hoping to place an order for a custom arrangement and was basically told to go away, I realize that I came to ask for a quote the Friday before Mother’s Day which is an understandably busy season for them. Though for a custom order I needed by the 21st I wanted to make sure they had time in case an order needed to be made. When trying to speak with them about desired desired stems I was told that they aren’t typical colors for those flowers and told me to call back and speak to someone else another time.

I took 1 look at Ninth Street Flowers website and knew that I had to give them atleast one opportunity....I was ordering an arrangement off the website and it said ,"that particular arrangement wasn't available for 4 more days.. " I immediately called the florist and spoke directly to the owner. " I told her my dilemma and that I needed an… arrangement out that day for a very special person..." She assured me that she was an artist and that she could make something similar after she understood what I wanted, that would be perfect...I appreciate great customer service this day and age and

What great customer service. Chris was very helpful on the phone. When I arrived to drop some items off Karen took over with answering my questions. I was specific in the flowers, the greenery, and the secondary flowers I wanted. Karen met my needs and was able to deliver them a day earlier. Truely a business that is customer-customer service oriented. Thanks!
