We accept almost all major insurance companies. Please contact our office so we can verify your insurance benefits prior to your Physical Therapy Evaluation. We will then discuss your plan with you and any financial responsibilities you may have regarding your plan. Coming from Garden State Parkway North take exit 172. At the light make a left onto Grand Ave. Go through the first light passing over Chestnut Ridge Road, CVS is on the right and the next building is 210 Summit Ave. You can park anywhere. If you turn into the second driveway, you will be entering the building from the Summit Ave entrance.
