Love this place, she did a beautiful job on my nails. I don't know her name but she was wonderful. Told her I was going on vacation and she took extra time to help choose the perfect color. I will go here whenever I need my nails done, the go to place for beautiful nails.

I requested a “shellac with an overlay!” I expressed that I wanted an ombré look, starting with a neutral color and moving to a pink.
My nails are still recovering from immune issues, and I did not want heavy layers on my nails.
They kept pointing me to the powder. And after about 5 asks from me regarding, “why they couldn’t do ombré’ with shellac”, I assumed it was a language barrier. I stated that what I am hearing is your professional opinion is that the shellac ombré will not be of the right quality, so I will trust you.
I finally relented and agreed to the powder. I reminded

I don’t understand how they have good reviews when the service is not great.It was my first time going there ONLY because my original nail place was closed. I went in for a mani pedi and I have a fear of being cut and getting an infection. They kept trying to make me pay for more expensive items, which I wanted a good experience so I was like just give me what I asked for. Next thing you know they started talking running there mouths about me the lady doing my hands was so focused on the conversation that she cut me and just kept going. The work that was done was horrible, I just paid and left

My little girl loves to come here. They have adorable chairs for little girls and a lovely ambiance. I want to love this place, but I’m afraid some of the other complaints are true. I end up with bleeding cuticles every time I’ve come and it is unsightly and painful! For this experience with my 21 and 9yo daughters I pay $320 + tip. Are the cute chairs really worth it?

Today I had a powder dip manicure. I am very pleased with the shape and how the nails themselves turned out. However, three of my fingers were cut and were bleeding throughout the process. Also, my hands and arms were never massaged. This is my first time receiving a manicure from this salon, but it is very strange not to receive a hand and arm massage during a manicure. I will not be back. I gave it 2 stars because I do like the shape and how my nails look.

I just spent $70 (price with a $10 tip) for a manicure and pedicure here. I feel like the service was rushed-they set timers here and there during the process. I'm a guy, so the process ain't complicated.
Anyway, the only improvement I see following this service is that my nails are shorter and shinier. I also don't appreciate when add-on services are pushed on me. I've never been to a nail place where they charge extra just to buff my nails.
Most importantly, my cuticles look terrible! I wish I had paid better attention...this picture was taken as soon as I got home

Not impressed. I've visited this location 3 times. 2 times for mani & pedi, once for just mani. Each time I leave thinking I got a poor value and lackluster customer service. Most nail techs are not very personable. 2 of my 3 experiences, I've ended up with cuts on my fingers (Nancy and Helen were my techs). On my most recent visit, my pinky was cut wide open without even an apology. She even continued with the rough service. I always have to point out mistakes (uneven shellac work, thin polish, uneven polish). I never once received a hand massage with my manicure, even after pointing

My sister and I are regular customers of this place and I have never had a bad experience until this past weekend. My mother had got Shellac on 7/2/15 and it started to peel on the thumb on 7/3/15. Tiffani was the one who did it and when my mom went back the following day to get it fixed, Tiffani just ignored her and didn't want to fix it until she was told to by the owner of the shop. After my mother waited over 45 minutes to get her thumb nail fixed, Tiffani finally fixed it and wasn't too friendly about it.

Tried a new place that was closer to home and I can tell you I'm NOT disappointed. Walked in and greeted by a young lady that was easy to understand, was patient while I decided what I wanted.... I was seated promptly and attended to.
I work 70+ hours a week in an oil and gas company and my job requires I wear steel toes shoes and because I travel so much I'm not able to stay on a schedule to take care of my feet as much as I would like or want.
Jenny was awesome she let me change my mind, didn't get frustrated... She took great are of my feet, cuticles, didn't cut
