Any implements that can't be disinfected will be disposed of after use on a single client. Tools and implements that can be safely reused - such as nippers and electric file bits - will be disinfected according to state regulations. Last but not least, we regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge to enhance the quality and safety of your services.

Botanical escapes HERBAL SPA TREATMENT hvae rich, natural ingingredients for a ralaxing spa experience. Ples nail reshaping, cuticle clean - up. You'll also get paraffin wax, a 25 mins essential oil massage ( 10 min for your neek/shoulders) with volcanic hot stone for your feet. Plus reshaping, cuticle clean-up, warm paraffin wax, 25 minutes massage an hand, arm, neck and shoulder using essential oils & lavender lotion.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. Not only did they rush me and my 2 other friends and screw up their nails, they gave me a staph infection!!! Then when I went in for a refund they tried to pity party me into not getting it because the nail artist is ill. Then tried blaming it on me saying I already had an infection there (I in fact did not)

I never leave reviews.I went here because my normal nail shop was booked. I was so upset the whole time because I was getting a dip powder and the nail tech clearly wasn't experienced with filing my cuticle. Sure enough, i took the dip off two weeks later and had a fungus. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and never had this but the nails started lifting day 2 because the cuticle wasn't done properly although being assured it was. Now I won't be able to to get my dip again for a month or so because my nails are ruined and need to grow out.

I've been a customer at NailGanic for about two years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. Courtney is the manager and is so kind and professional. She always remembers my daughter and I. I receive regular facials from LuAnn, who is courteous, patient, and talented. The facilities are clean and sanitized I receive high-quality services. The prices are similar to other salons in the area, but the customer service is unbeatable.

Ann is the best at taking care of my natural nails while ensuring I have the best dip powdered nails in the place!
Maddie is amazing with her work. She handles my pedicures and she is thorough and ensure my natural nails stay in good condition.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. Everyone is so nice and professional. You can tell they can’t pride in their work. They do not rush through you and consistently asking if everything good with the service. Ask for Alex and Jade the best nail techs! Courtney is the best owner and sweet person! I absolutely love her! They do such a great job! Wonderful people!

I've been coming here since the world opened up after the pandemic. The owner is always pleasant and accommodating. Alex is the only person I've let touch my nails in a year and Ann gives the best pedicures. I really like that I actually see their staff wash their hands between clients and they always sanitize chairs . They always accommodate my schedule because I have to come after 5:30, vert relaxing after a long day . I told them my birthday is next week , they played a birthday song over the surround sound and gave me balloons and a gift, I love😍this place .

I had a great experience here and will definitely be back! I'm new to the neighborhood and just stumbled upon this place and it was truly excellent. All of the staff were so polite and explained everything in detail. I appreciate they are taking COVID precautions with masks required and hand washing when you arrive. Everything was so clean and nice. They even give you a card to take at checkout when you're ready instead of just leaving you forever to let your nails dry. Bonus: it's next to PJs so you can grab coffee too!

I was given different prices and still ended up leaving with old polish from my previous showing through all of my nails when I told them I could see it they said it was dark inside so that’s why she didn’t notice. No one offered to fix or cover it and still charged me full price. Not only that she tried to charge me an extra five dollars for shaping them?! Would not recommend

Today was my first time to visit this salon. I was very pleasantly surprised. This place had a great positive vibe. My technician was Kathy. She was sweet, talkative and paid great attention to detail while doing my pedicure. I had picked out a color I ended up not really liking. I picked it and was just going to roll with it. She knew I wasn't crazy about it even though I did not complain. She insisted on redoing my polish using another color I would be happy with. That has never happened! See pics and judge for yourself. I will give them another chance just because I was a walk-in today and maybe that's why I had 4 different ladies helping me out. Next time I will make an appointment and ask for one of them in specific. Don't take me wrong.... front desk lady is super sweet and she wants to make sure everything is taken care of but this is the result of multitasking. I went yesterday afternoon with my daughter. We loved the pedicures but the acrylic nails left a lot to be desired. They didn't have the color I used which wasn't a big deal, but I received a refill which was an overlay on my real nails. They drilled my real nails underneath so there is little to no natural nails left. My daughter asked for coffin, they also didn't have the color she picked off their own color charts, she did not receive coffin. What I assumed was the owner offered us a 5.00 coupon after spending over 150 and a box of chocolates. The price was standard for the area

Had a first time visit Nailganic salon on Broadway in my neighborhood recently. The experience is superb. They were packed when I walked in. Should have made appointment ahead of time but decide to stop by since they are next to PJ coffee shop. Wow! I got taken care of real quick and in timely manner by the lady in the front: Courtney. The staff is very friendly and walked me through the menu with different options of basic to luxury pedicure also got a compliment margarita! Got my nail done by Alec. He is the bomb. I have been here a handful of times so I think this review is fair. I try to come in here giving it its second chance but never fully satisfied. I went in for a pedicure choose the 21$ one, the guy said since I had shellac it was 5$ extra which I didn't mind. He does my pedicure asked him to take out my ingrows and said okay. When I saw he was moving on I told him again and said I did it already but I told him again it hurts I still feel it. Didn't do it and continued to do my pedicure.
