I tried several times to give this place a chance to do my nails. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted on my nails. The nail technician decided for me. The Dipping powder was set on my skin. That should have been cleaned up before I walked out. My nails aren't smooth and the biggest disappointment (again), is I supposed to have a matte finish on my nails and it's shiny. I was told that a shiny base coat needed to be on my nails before putting the matte coat. I've never seen that nor heard that before. I always get matte finish on my nails.. I'm not satisfied with the service. And if they allow clients

Update: got dip powder nails with art by Mia. She did an incredible job! She was able to do a beautiful design based on the pictures I showed her and I am so happy with my snowflake themed nails.
I got a gel manicure by Kim last month. She is so sweet and funny. I think she did a great job. She suggested I take a photo of my nails in the salon because if something happened to the nail color within ~2 days, I could use the photo as proof and the salon would fix it. I thought that was a nice touch.

Love this place. Very friendly people. Vy performed a master re-work on my nails using a shape I never thought I would like on me. I told her what I
envisioned, and she nailed it! No pun intended. Lol. They try to make sure
you are completely satisfied. Needless to say, Vy will be tending to my
nails! Beautiful job Vy!!!!! 💓 P. S. After two weeks of course my nails
are growing out some, but otherwise they still look just as beautiful as
they did the day I left. If you aren't looking too closely, you would think
they were freshly done. Thanks Vy!
Update: I've been back twice and am continuously
