Caesar (sp?) Is a true professional and represents Pioneer 1 Realty very well!
I am in the beginning stages of selling my property and called a handful of.realty offices.
Caeser/Pioneer 1 Realty was by far the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable vs. his competitors. And his patience with me was impressive as well!
When I am ready to hire a realtor, Caesar/Pioneer 1 Realty will be the firm that I hire. And as far as pricing, these guys are completely in line with what I found from others.

I’ve known Cindy with Pioneer 1 Realty since 2009, when we bought our first investment property. And still go back to her for when we’re ready for another property. She is very helpful & very knowledgeable of the real estate world, she has guided us on many situations, like an eviction on one of our property of which we had no knowledge of how to even start it. And till this date she still writes up lease contracts for our new tenants. I truly recommend Pioneer 1 Realty to anybody, they’re responsible and get things done right. My family and I had a wonderful experience with Pioneer 1 Realty. Professional, customer service oriented, timely and responsive service. Cesar helped make sure we had am easy moving process into our rental home. After we made a silly mistake, owner was gracious enough to meet us on rainy Saturday to help resolve the issue. Maintenance request are also handled timely. I highly recommend.

At first everything looks in order. The apartments are pretty. The help seems nice. The place seems to be a work in progress. This is the last time I lease from Pioneer 1. I have been fighting with the maintenance, the manager who said she owns the property but actually works for a realty, the electrician they say they hired for a month to get a short fixed. I am so wore out. Thinking it's time to call code. I'm worried that we will have a fire.
