Extremely disappointed with the front office staff. Our experience with the doc was excellent but the staff is highly incompetent. They messed up our insurance claims, did not bother informing us until after 4 months after the service date. I wish they had some clarity on what they were doing. Instead of being apologetic they kept giving excuses. I had to personally make a trip there just to get my receipts. Wouldn’t recommend this place just for the incompetence of the front desk staff.

Clarity Eye Care is hands down the best! The staff and Dr. Kathy are phenomenal! They are always welcoming, attentive and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. Whether it’s scheduling a routine exam or an unexpected emergency, these ladies go above and beyond to help! The office is clean and beautifully decorated and the state of the art exam equipment makes checking those eye pressures a breeze. Their selections of eyeware are amazing and the turnaround is very quick. If you’re looking for a new clinic then look no further, Clarity Eye Care is the clear choice!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Bao. He’s a Katy native and attended UH, trained at the UH eye institute. He was incredibly personable and professional. He gave me an honest assessment of what I needed and did not need - the front line staff was awesome, too. I’m currently immunocompromised and undergoing chemo and the office was well prepared for the safety of their patients during the pandemic. I don’t know why anyone who lives near/around their office would go anywhere else.

I love Clarity Eye Care! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable! They are very diligent in their work so I was able to get the perfect contacts for me! I highly recommend to come here for any eye care! Wonderful staff and a pleasant environment for anyone looking for a place to go for eye care. I will definitely be returning!

I recently had the pleasure to visit Clarity Eye Care for my annual checkup and the experience was great. I also took my 7 year old for his first checkup and he was very excited. The staff was very friendly and professional. The office felt clean with state of the art equipment. I did not pick out any glasses for my visit, but from what I can tell they have a wide variety of selection.
Dr. Hoang was diligent, professional, and he took his time to explain and answer all of my questions. Most of all he made my son feel comfortable on his very first visit.

The staff is incredibly caring and efficient. They work hard to get patients through the services efficiently, and even though they limit patients to respect the guidelines for Covid, I find wait time to be seen minimum. The advice from the doctor has been very helpful, and I truly feel like my health is in good hands.

My family and have been going to Clarity Eye for a number of years. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kathy Hoang and she was very personable, professional and explained everything in detail. She provides a very thorough exam and does not rush you through to get to the next patient. I also appreciate the text reminders for your appointment and her great staff. They are friendly, personable and check you in and out quickly. If you live in the area and need to switch optometrists, I could not give a higher recommendation. I don’t write reviews but they deserve the time and recognition.

Very happy with Clarity Eye Care! Temp checks upon entrance, masks worn by everyone there - all made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bao was extremely thorough and helped me understand so much more about my eyes than any other OD has done before. The ladies that checked me in were also very nice and accommodating. Will definitely continue to use them!

I don’t wear glasses or contacts, so I’ve had little need for an optometrist up until yesterday. I was doing some woodworking and a small piece of wood got in my eye. After doing my best to get it out, I gave up and called. To help me out, they got me in as soon as possible and quickly got me back to see a doctor. Within minutes, I was pain free thanks to their quick work. Very knowledgeable guidance on how to care for my eye this week too and everyone was very sweet.
Highly recommend them and they are right here close to the neighborhood!
