I was on vacation .. I called at 3am to get someone to tow my vechile before the city of belle plaine impounded my work truck .. The guy that answered the phone Jeremy could not have been the best person to talk to .. He related to the customer .. asked the right questions .. He is an amazing man and this company is lucky to have him!!! such a good experience !!!! I will be calling them for any future use ..

Wow is all I can say. I had an embarrassing mishap which landed my vehicle in a rather precarious position in my neighbor's yard - was not an easy fix. They worked hard and ingeniously to remove my vehicle and it was back in my garage 30 minutes after they showed up. The price was more than fair for their work, and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

I’ve used Shakopee towing for years, but my experience this week was unacceptable. The starter on my new ram trx broke, and it needed to be pulled to the dealer. In spite of my stressing the need to treat the vehicle carefully, they dragged it across the parking lot in park and broke the front differential. (It’s a DANA 80 diff!) See the skid marks?
So now my car is busted for at least a week. I have no ETA.
I emailed shakopee towing and requested to speak with a manager. They have not responded.

The people were decent. not really friendly one was on the edge of just rude, but process was easy and got in and out fast. Never been to a towing company that charges you to remove your items from a vehicle before. $215 dollars wow makes you really wonder about what's in your car. I don't know if this is a new thing or what but now they can junk it and make that money plus some. My advice don't get towed in Shakopee.

The staff are very pleasant. If you ever get towed due to a snow emergency, you would do well to get it towed by Shakopee Towing. They keep your car in a very secure location and as soon as the towing charges are paid, your vehicle will be released to you immediately. My car was released in exactly the same shape as it was towed. Thanks guys😷
