One of there drivers was road raging and using there spotlight to blind me while driving. I had to call 911 on them as they were very aggressive and behaving dangerously. Driver ran multiple stop sings and even a red light. Please do not use this company as they have no value for the safety of others.

It’s kinda sketchy that they charge extra for using a card… people there were rude as he** and they also drive your AWD car with the rear tires on the ground…

I’ve never had my car towed ever but today I left all negative thoughts out! Chris (Kris) was so friendly and helpful she made the process go fast. Absolutely fantastic!! The starter went out on our car and our insurance company’s road side assistance was going to be hours. We called Captain Towing and they were so fast, kind, professional, and the customer service we received from the owner and Ben the tow truck driver was truly some of the best service we’ve had with a business! From 46th ave and 35w south mpls to hwy 13 in Burnsville the driving the whole time was staring down at his phone veering over shoulder lines and lane line seperators horrible driving and had a car in the flat bed horrible driver and care for surrounding drivers look like he was watchin a video I followed him recording with my phone mounted on dash all the way to exit 13 in burnsville horrible driving swerving in out of his lane no wonder why they have 3 star rating

These people are crooks. Don’t use !!! They will tow an Awd vehicle in park with the wheels on the road and ruin your drivetrain. Pathetic people!!

My sons 2013 AWD Subaru Impreza was towed to their facility and sat overnight. My son picked it up in the morning, drove it approximately 15 feet and heard a noise underneath, called me and I told him to go in and let someone there know, he was told that they did nothing wrong, car was dollied, if you can prove we did something wrong we will fix it, never offered to look at it, nothing but denial. I called twice and spoke with an employee and the owner, more denial of any wrong doing and zero offers of any assistance, I live out of state so there's not much I can do from where I am.

Needed to have a vehicle towed from my property today. They got here a lot faster than I'd anticipated, the driver was very personable and professional. This was my first time using Captain and it won't be my last! Thank you for such great service!

Workers are rude and unwilling to cooperate when I get my car back and it doesn't drive straight. My girlfriends dad used to be a tow truck driver and told me they probably put chains on the front tires/suspension and then proceeded to drag it up on the flatbed. Meanwhile this car is all wheel drive so you really can't tow it any other way than the proper way otherwise you will cause damage to the suspension or a transmission system! Don't let these idiots touch your car

These guys have great customer service. First, they showed up pretty quick. Second, our van spilled oil allover the flatbed after a bad oil change and he did not seem annoyed at all. Third, it needed to be towed twice and driver were very patient as they waited for us to decide what to do. Driver was very professional and polite.

I was stranded on Highway 55 in the pouring rain and 90 minutes away from my home. Captain Towing picked me up on time, delivered my truck to the dealership, and also gave me a very comfortable warm ride. The captain saved my butt and is 100% trustworthy. I would recommend them to ALL of my friends and family.

Just got rescued from a field ditch full of snow just outside of Farmington. They got there in under and hour (the time frame they gave me.) I forgot to get the guys name but he was wonderful! Calm, professional and got me back on the road after 10 minutes! Thank you!

We had an extremely nice driver who communicated very well during our wait. Unfortunately a piece of the front of our car came loose due to the tow and when I called the people in the office were unresponsive to a voicemail. Once I got a person on the phone, he was very rude.

They are dirt bag scammers, taking cars without authorization from Apartment buildings. They took my car in the morning on July 4th, our landlord did not authorize them to tow cars from the parking lot. They… took it upon themselves to do that, so that they can scam people out of their hard earned money. I had to spend the money I had saved up to get my car back from these leeches of society. Truly dishonest company. It is people like the ones at Captain Towing that make the world nasty. They know very well what they are doing, forcing people to pay so that we can get our cars back, scavengers

Watched a newer f550 bed driving around maplewood without his bed in bedlocks on HWY 61. Not only not safe but incredibly hard on equipment. If they dont care enough too ensure proper utilization of the safety features on their trucks with the possibilty of damaging their own trucks how do you think their attention too detail is on your car

I called Subaru Roadside Help this morning because my Forester was in my garage and deader than a doornail! They sent out Captain Towing. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The driver’s name was Steve. He deserves a 5 stars. Highly recommend. Phyllis, Prior Lake

Not fun when you have car problems but today to got my van tow and the man was very nice and respectful to my van I didn’t have to wait long I would highly recommend captain towing !!

Horrible little man. First he tows one of my trucks then the next week tows the other. With full knowledge that I am a condo owner and the truck is registered. Then he threatens violence and refuses to release the truck even with the illicit payment offered. Now the police are involved.

I accidently locked my keys in my jeep. The driver was very fast, even faster than Jimmy Johns. He was very friendly and gave a very fair price. I will use this company for any future needs, and would highly recommend captain towing.

Great experience using the Captain for a lockout and jump-start. He arrived in 20 mins when the estimate was 45 mins and got me going right away. Very friendly and professional! My top choice for any future auto assistance needs in the area. I even told my roadside company to list them as a preferred provider in the area.

Couldn't get my car back because they were mysteriously NOT OPEN during posted business hours (I came at 10:30 and again at 11:15 on Sunday). And then today they charged me an extra $45 for storage!!

They only accept cash, which is obviously problematic when they charge so much that it exceeds daily ATM limits. But maybe that's the point -- forces you to wait until next day so they can charge another $45 storage fee.

Not to mention they're only open from 10 to noon. Deliberately inconvenient, hoping you won't make it in time so they can rack up more fees.

Had my Nissan Leaf towed today. When they got there they had a regular tow truck. I had changed my mind and requested a flat bed at that moment as it was recommended by others for ev's. They had no problem and called for a flat bed. When they got there the driver was very nice and was awesome to my kids as they were watching in awe. A+ service guys.

Captain towing is the result you get when a group of illiterate people who were bullies in high school want to continue being bullies in adult land but cant graduate high school or beyond. So they decide to start a business hauling other peoples cars for money because they couldn't pass a sociology class in 10th grade. If you want to see where dreams die, look no further than captain towing. Better business bureau doesn't acknowledge them nor does TRUSTe or any site that backs consumer confidence.

But hey why would we need to trust them, its not like they have complete control over
