Couldn’t be happier with how thorough and precise this inspection was, and how detailed and helpful the inspection report was. August is a true master of his craft, and his knowledge of the intricacies of how houses work—and where potential dangers may be—is astounding. The report had lots of clear, helpful photos, and separated out urgent issues from minor ones. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend his services to anyone.

August recently completed a home inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. I couldn't be more happy with the service he provided.
He arrived at the home early and had already looked over a few of the external features of the home with the agent by the time I had arrived. The inspection was very thorough - I have no doubt that all major concerns with the home were found. Beyond the concerns found, he also went over the features of the home, which I found very helpful. I also appreciated his suggestions for maintenance and general home upkeep. The report he prepared was detailed and organized
