Hiring Andrew for my rental property and lead inspections was one of the best decisions I could have made!
First, his extensive knowledge of the entire process, exceptions, etc. was clear from our first conversation; he asked key questions to ensure I scheduled the correct service and helped eliminate lots of my confusion, being a first timer going through the process.
I'm a planner, and I value the ability to go online for information in my spare time, so having access to the company's website, with updated information to help me read more about the process was priceless.

As a Baltimore real estate investor, few things are more frustrating than inspections. Hour 25 Solutions is the antithesis to all that. Andrew is responsive (I'm still waiting to hear back from an inspector I contacted prior to reaching out to Hour 25). The website is user friendly and easy to use. I recently had Andrew perform 2 home inspections for me and I can't say enough good things about him. He is extremely easy to work with as far as scheduling, and extremely professional in everything he does. He is thorough, and explains everything in depth throughout the entire inspection. Additionally his report is very detail oriented. I'd highly recommend using him.
