On this podcast, Wendy will share her 19 years of experience as a yoga student and 15 years as an educator.
Join Wendy for a yoga session designed specifically for you in our new West Little Rock private studio!. In-studio private classes offer you the opportunity to begin or deepen your yoga practice in a 1:1 session, semi-private sessions, or small group class of 3-4 students. Sessions may be purchased individually, in a package of 4 sessions, or in a package of 8 sessions.

INSPIRED into Action is an 8 session 1:1 program that can be experienced over a 4-8 week time period. You will be led through a demystified, traditional yoga approach that includes meditation, physical practices, and self study that begins exactly where you are! This approach is perfect for the beginner to advanced student looking for specialized attention and privacy.

I went to the downtown location today and took the power yoga basics class. This was only my second yoga class in a studio setting and I can't say enough great things about the studio space and Gabriel, today's instructor. The space is beautiful with a great location and Gabriel could not have been more encouraging or made me feel more welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.
