I wasted my money with this company and received zero value.
The guy literally ran through the house taking photos. Was done in 10 minutes (two floors and basement and outside). Found out after inspection years later after a cold winter that the boiler was insufficient to heat the home. This company never brought it to my attention. I let them know just to inform them and the guy I spoke to was very aggressive seemingly concerned about it but instead of being honest attacked me and made excuses saying it wasn’t connected and they couldn’t test it. The boiler was there and everything they needed

Ed was amazing. He arrived early to the inspection and immediately began working. He explained everything in layman's terms. He was thorough and did not miss a spot in the home. Things you would overlook generally, he saw it. I would recommend this company anyday and I would call them for any service they offer.

The Forensic Home Inspection was successful in detecting where the water leaks were originating. Now I can move forward with the appropriate course of action to remedy the situation. Mr. Edward Neyland of the AC&E Corporation was prompt, very professional, took his time in analyzing the situation with his thermal-imaging equipment (amazing!) and was able to pinpoint the problem area. I will receive a written report within 48 hrs. Mr. Neyland is a U.S. Veteran and his work ethics are very evident in his professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends.

Impressed, being in construction for the last 30 years, to tell you the truth i really did not think i needed a home inspection. My wife insisted and i gave in. My inspector was Ed Neyland from AC&E Home Inspection. the guy was on time and friendly. I have to say he really knows his stuff, in the 2.5 hours he spent with me i was amazed on how much he taught me. I would never have caught the things he found. The report i got the next day was impressive and nothing like i ever had in the past. This experience opened my eyes and would give this company a thumbs up.

From beginning to end, the process was perfect. My husband and I requested a home inspection from AC&E after we were referred from our cousin to them. The receptionist was very prompt in answering my call & also answered any questions that I had for our 1st home inspection. She let us know the process & the turnaround times for the job report.
The inspector showed up right on time, and completed his inspection within 2 hours. The report was very detailed & helped us to negotiate our contract on our purchase.

Our inspector, Joe, was incredibly thorough and communicative with all of his findings. We were very much impressed with the attention to detail he had, even finding things my wife and I missed the first 3 times we visited the house. Highly recommended, and will definitely be using Joe's and AC&E's services again in the future!

Ed showed up on time ( actually a few minutes early) so he could get started right away, and was extremely thorough with both the inside and outside of the home.
Being first time homebuyers, Ed was very patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as we followed him around.
The reports were sent within a day which can be crucial in this market, and all his notes are detailed with pictures.
I don't plan on having

WOW!!! The owner Ed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my home inspection. Ed took the time to really look at every aspect of this property and provided me with the clarity I needed to make sound decisions. The report was acuate and helpful. I feel he went over and above his job to answer all my questions. I highly recommend AC&E Home Inspection. My experience was only excellence.

Needing a lead paint test for my homeowners insurance, this company was recommended to me.
After going through a lot of trouble to ensure this company has an EPA certification,(which they do not under this company name), they decided to NOT show up today.
They didnt call me..the emailed me.
I took the day off from work to wait for him, and do not have access to my work email from home..so I didnt know he wasnt coming.
The woman in the office is rude and hangs up on people.
I wouldnt use them
