ROCKHALL INSPECTION SERVICES is proud to offer Final Walk-through Service at a discounted rate for previous clients. This typically happens a day or two prior to closing on the mortgage. Often times, the initial Home Inspection is done a month or two prior to closing. While the initial evaluation may check out, alot can change over the course of two months.

I called Mike for two home inspections recently. He was quick to return my call, available, accommodating and very professional and friendly. Mike took his time inspecting all corners of the home, inside and out. The detailed report was emailed to me that evening, it was a 96 page report done in a professional format that was easy to read and quite detailed, it also contained suggestions to resolve the issues that were found and a clear picture of each and every area that was examined. Mike is simply the best out there. From my first phone call he was responsive, professional, flexible and accommodating. The day of the inspection he was on time and thorough, even with the rain and snow. Before he left, he verbally reviewed his findings with me and then had the completed report to me in just a couple of hours. He makes the stress of home buying, not as stressful. Mike was recommended by our agent and he was professional from start to finish. He answered my call and we set up an appointment immediately. Mike arrived one hour early and started the home inspection before we got there. He was able to provide us with very detailed information on the home we were buying.
