Discovery Cottage is a local child care center providing care to families in the community for 20 years. We are located in a neighborhood in Kettering, Ohio. Every child is unique and we believe that success and growth come from encouragement and praise. We nurture the child through exploration and discovery both indoor and outdoor.

The owner is neurotic. She is not pleasant or professional in any way. She will cuss right in front of your children. She is a yeller. To put it kindly. She will make you bring meals and snacks and keep what they don’t eat, if it’s even offered to the child. She has MRDD staffing. I’m sure to cut down on payroll. Unless your child can speak and tell you what they’re seeing, I wouldn’t advise you to take them to this place. Maybe not even then.
