Carrie has worked with children both in the in home and child care settings. After 2 years at Cornerstone University in Michigan Carrie became a nanny, where she worked for 4 families over 8 years. Carrie then became a teacher at a childcare center in Sharonville, where she worked with all ages of children from Infant to Preschool.
Carrie continues to grow in her understanding of children through her many Step Up to Quality hours. CJ and Carrie would like to thank all of our staff and families for making Imagination a dream come true for us. We are very excited about working with such a great staff and love being in Lebanon.

Services
At Imaginations at Work, we believe the first 3 years of a persons life is extremely important to a child's long term development. It is for this reason we have teamed with Early Head Start and Warren County Community Services. One of our classrooms has been outfit as Early Head Start class in order to incorporate some of the Head Start teachings.

I can’t say enough good things about IAW. I took my 3 month old daughter there when I started back to work and she stayed until she was 8 months old. The only reason we left this facility is because we moved close to an hour away. ***they even sent her home with the SWEETEST going away card, on her last day there, see attached photos*** The staff is so kind and caring and really go the extra mile to make sure you know your child is loved and taken of every single day. I recommend IAW to absolutely everyone, it was hands down the best childcare decision we could have made for our daughter.

I enrolled my twins (boy&girl - now 2.5yrs.) in to IAW in March of 2015. I am a single/working dad and originally thought that I would want to keep them at home, hire a nanny / sitter, where I knew they will be safe. I am very pleased to report that IAW has been a most enlightening and pleasant experience for me and the twins. I have full confidence that they are in a safe and LOVING environment. Joanne, CJ, and Carey treat us well and make us feel like family. I am so pleased with the clean facility, the LOVING staff, and the activities that teach the twins communication skills, arts / crafts

Not sure what the review from 3 months ago was in regards to with the treatment of a child. But, I can guarentee there is no ill doing of any child at IAW. IAW is an awesome place and love the care and education all three of my children receive. I have a 2 year old who has been at the center since she was 3 months old and loves going there every day. She adores Brady and looks at her as another mother figure. My other two children are 8 & 10 years old who are excited about going to IAW, especially for Summer Camp. They have a blast. I would recommend IAW to any family looking for child care and

I just wanted to take a minute to say how awesome Imaginations is, as well as their staff. My son is 2 years old, he can have a conversation with you, can read some words, he is very smart. This isn't a center that provides "babysitting" while I'm working, every day they do activities, they play outside, do art, they learn so much... it's like school. & they have so much fun learning there. The teachers that work with my son are primarily Jacole, Caitlyn & Brandy. I would trust these girls with my child's life, they love him like their own, he would never be neglected or denied food or a drink

My son was VERY unhappy here. The teachers picked on my two year old child. Brandy is a teacher, her son was allowed to walk around close to closing with a cup when closing was 6 pm and they wouldn't even give my son a sip of water. 6+ hours no drink. These women are horrible and the one lady needs to cut the cord and send her kid to a separate daycare instead of spoiling him and neglecting her job and the other children. I wouldn't take my neighbors dog to this day care (And I don't like dogs so what does that tell you?) they say it's got new staff and new owners. I called willing to try again
