Activcore Physical Therapy & Performance
Activcore introduces a total body approach to physical therapy and fitness that helps you reclaim your active life. Recovering from a sports injury, pregnancy, surgery or any health condition isn't always easy. Your body can often fall out of balance where problems in one area (pain, weakness, loss of motion, etc.) impact other areas.

For example, most shoulder problems actually stem from muscle imbalances around the core, pelvis and hips. That's why you need a professional to test and treat you from head to toe. At Activcore, we are expertly trained to fix any hidden muscle imbalances that hold you back from feeling, moving and performing at your very best.
Services
Our vision to lead a new class of physical therapy and performance lives in every member of today's Activcore team. But its origin can be traced to the inspirational stories of our company founders: Ian Kornbluth, Jamie Kornbluth, and Tyler Joyce. The meaningful actions of these physical therapists have given us 3 essential core values that guide our work every day.
Activcore is made up of physical therapists and performance specialists who are specially trained, fully equipped, and totally committed to bringing out the very best in you. They work together as an integrated team with a common mission to transform how you feel, move and perform.

While they all have general orthopedic knowledge and post-surgical rehabilitation experience, each provider specializes in a particular area of study (e.g., pelvic health, TMJ disorders, men's health, scoliosis, etc.) so that you get the best care possible for your particular needs, lifestyle and goals.
From golfing to gardening, playing tennis to chasing toddlers - your favorite activities give life purpose, fulfillment, and joy. Whatever your age, whatever your stage, you want to enjoy them for as long as possible. That's where a physical therapist comes in. Activcore's highly attentive, one-on-one treatment model allows you to get the most out every session.
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is an all too common knee injury in athletes participating in sports like soccer, lacrosse, gymnastics, snowboarding and skiing. Your ACL is a key structure to provide rotational stability to the knee. It also prevents your tibia (shin bone) from translating forward in front of the femur (thigh bone).
Contact sports involve physical activities where athletes come into bodily contact with one another. Some examples include football, rugby, boxing, mixed martial arts, karate, hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. There is an inherent risk of injury associated with participation in contact sports. The physical demands placed on these athletes are uniquely different from the general population who do not engage in similar activities.

PT to speed recovery from total hip replacement was wonderfully effective and even enjoyable. Dr. Molly G. is highly trained and competent in the innovative techniques used at Acticore and I would highly recommend anyone seeking help with physical recovery to check them out.
Molly was not only very good at the therapy part but she provides motivation and interesting conversation with a delightful personality.
My experience at Acticore far exceeded my expectations and the results were great.

Dr. Molly Weingart is giving me my life back. By the time I found my way to Activcore and Molly, I had been suffering for many months with crippling pelvic pain due to pelvic floor dysfunction - I was both physically and mentally exhausted. At my first session with Molly, I felt for the first time that things were going to be okay. Not only is Molly extremely professional and knowledgeable about pelvic floor therapy, she is incredibly caring, compassionate, empathetic and real. I feel heard and supported in every session and while I’m still early in my journey, my pain is already way down! Dr

To start off...I have been to numerous chiropractors and physical therapist who have helped, but yet I still had pain, burning, stiffness. After two sessions with Adrienne Jensen, the inflammation was completely relieved. I could not believe it. After months of nonstop inflammation, it was just...gone. After helping me as much as possible to give me relief as quickly as possible, we are now working on ways to strengthen the muscles that have been on vacation. She, in great detail, explained to me the science behind what and why I need to do certain exercises a certain way and even improved the

A different approach to traditional physical therapy with AMAZING results. Lisa O. is the therapist I have seen. She listens attentively to what is going on both physically and mentally. She intuitively knows how to help! I had been with another practice for over a year for post mastectomy issues without a ton of relief, then I found out about Lisa and Activcore. I am infinitely better and stronger.

I went to Activcore for a few months to work on a some persistent upper back issues while I was in Princeton in 2020.
I've tried lots of treatments for my back over the years, and Activcore was the most effective PT by a margin. I worked with Ashley, who was excellent.
It's highly personalized. The exercises we did during PT were both evenly-paced _and_ tiring. I found most of the benefit comes from the care and thoughtfulness of the professional, but the machines were cool nonetheless.
I also got a great set of exercises to do at home, and Ashley tailored these to make it more likely I'd complete

The therapists are very professional, and so far as I can see, very experienced. During my many sessions I've been able to observe the other therapists and am impressed. The therapist who has been working on me, Ashley, is effective and enjoyable to spend time with. Even through some tough workouts. Ashley is patient and accommodating while sticking to the target performance goals. I'm going back for a follow up evaluation to see how her work and the exercises she gave me are improving my core development and improvement. Everyone wears masks and follows procedure, so even though I am at high risk
