Advance Spine and Pain Physical Therapy, LLC is a 13 year old provider of full outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services in Trenton, NJ using a hands-on approach. We treat all ages and all conditions and are the ONLY physical therapy provider in the Downtown Trenton area servicing not only residents but all state employees.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgable and professional staff. Our therapists are all state licensed and regularly attend seminars, conventions and continuing education courses to stay informed on the most advanced physical therapy methods. Rita is a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Physical therapy is considered to be a conservative method of medical treatment based on a complete understanding of human anatomy, physiology, medical conditions, surgeries and movement patterns during activities (including sports). It focuses on relieving pain, restoring movement, strength and/or function, the prevention of injuries and disabilities.
With home Physical Therapy, your loved one can be guaranteed one-on-one attention. We bring peace of mind by sending our licensed physical therapist to your house to provide exceptional care. Why wait until after a fall occurs or when physical limitations already require the assistance of a caregiver?
There will be paper work to fill out upon your arrival which can be downloaded on our website. What is involved in a PT session? Each session is approximately 30 to 45 minutes long and follows the outline of care developed by the therapist consisting of modalities, manual treatment and therapeutic exercise.
I just wanted to send a little note to thank you to all the office staff for helping me with my foot and ankle issues over the last year. I am now being treated by a Pain Management Doctor with a specialty in Neurology who has since prescribed me with a nerve medicine, as you recommended during my six month follow up and initial evaluation a few months back.

This place is the BEST!!!! the staff is SO helpful and insightful they really make it a great experience!!! Dr Rita is amazing I've been to other physical therapists and I've seen more progress on three weeks here than my ENTIRE cycle at my last physical therapist!!! Jania is so nice she's always helping and making sure I'm ok. If you are looking for a physical therapist that ACTUALLY WORKS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCE SPINE AND PAIN PHYSICAL THERAPY. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The receptionist is also the assistant to the Dr. She is always very nice and has a smile on her face. I'm very pleased with the services they've provided to me and I just want to thank them for helping me get my shoulder back to normal following the surgery. Thank you.
