Services
How long does it take mold to grow? Seven to ten days to incubate and start showing themselves on Sheetrock, baseboards and alike. Are air samples necessary? In most cases, no! however, if mold has been disturbed without proper handling it may be necessary to determine if cross-contamination exists, in addition, if a licensed physician has found spores in the bloodstream, you may want to pursue the origin by sampling home and work area's.

L&K uses the patented Roto-Brush system. This system is designed to thoroughly clean each vent line with a spinning brush, the brush is connected to a self contained hepa filtration system. L&K will clean all vents, vent covers and main intake, we recommend resident has new filters at the ready and we will replace them during the process.
When dryer vents are not cleaned regularly, dryers won't dry properly, if you have to dry loads more than once on a regular basis, it's possible that your vents are partially/completely clogged. Over a period of time the lint will eventually clog the line between the dryer and the exterior of your residence.
L&K has been REMOVING (not covering up) odors for over twenty years. Whether its pet damage, smoke, rotten foods (proteins), etc, we use only Bio-Degradable products to accomplish our goals. NO OZONE. We will inspect and evaluate your particular situation and make recommendations accordingly. Depending on the type of odor, various applications may be utilized.
