Orleans Village Properties is located in East Orleans, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. In fact, our office is just down the road from world-famous Nauset Beach. Services
To secure your booking, half of rent, the security deposit and signed lease agreement are due within 10 days of booking. Payment can be made by personal check, cashiers check or wired funds, we do not accept credit cards. Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your stay providing there is no damage to the property, including no smoking and no pets.
We contacted Lisa to help us find and purchase a home in the Orleans area of Cape Cod. We accomplished this in a little over two months and it was by far our best experience working with a real estate agent.
