I wasn't going to leave a review and just move on from this terribly managed property. Main issue with them is they sent a final payment notice 9/1 from a scammy looking email so it hit my spam so I never got it. No one from the office attempted to reach out. Searched my email and found the final notice for a no-reply email with no affiliation from the company. I get a call from this shady guy saying I need to pay over the phone saying it is in collections.
The apartment smelled when we moved in. You could tell that stuff was constructed on a budget, and they still hadn't finished fixing our apartment

I have loved living here at Alys for almost two years. I came here from South Africa on a work visa and knew this would be the place I will call home until my project is completed. After everything with COVID, my job decided I needed to go back home and support on a new role requiring attention. My Lease ends in November so I knew I was going to have to terminate my lease early. I went to the leasing office to see how we could resolve this matter. I have been living in my apartment for over six months now and I absolutely love living here. The apartments are very nice and the staff is always very helpful. Anything I have needed help with was handled in a timely manner and always done with a smile.
And the community here is great! I love my neighbors and haven't met a better group of people that live in the complex. It is nice being told hello and waved at when I am out walking my pup.
I highly recommend Alys Apartments! GREAT place to live!

I lived here for a year and a half. I loved it! I lived in two different floor plans, and they were both very spacious and nice. The staff are hands down the best!!! Anytime I needed any help or a maintenance issue, they were on top of it. The property was very peaceful and safe. The property was always well maintained and well kept. I left only because I moved into a house, but if I were to go back to an apartment, it would definitely be at this property. If you’re looking for the next place to call home this is it! The staff is very accommodating, the grounds are well-kept and clean and cannot say enough about the Maintenance Team! They go above and beyond always—If you have any issues they will take care of you!! I highly recommend and have been extremely happy living here!

My husband and I were suppose to move in on 8/22. We had been living in a hotel due to just moving here from Colorado. We loaded both our vehicles up checked out of the hotel and came to move in. The moving company, which my husbands company sets up and pays for pulls up in there 18 wheeler and crew while we go in to get our keys.
The office manager told us we couldn't move in until the 23 and she was going to call us later. It put a lot of people out of work that day and my husbands company had to pay the company overtime, because they were already here ready to work.

I live here now and have for over a year. The parking has always been an issue. Management has now taken away all parking spots up front for residents. We just had a baby and haven't moved the car in over 2 weeks as we are using the other vehicle. They have stuck a sticker on our vehicle saying we are not allowed to park up front anymore. There is absolutely NO parking in the complex for anyone! For management to take away all parking in the front for us now stops us from having family over or even the ones that live here to park and get home and not worry about will my car be here in the

I've been very happy with this move process. I went to look at these apartments a few months before my move. Karen, the assistant manager, was in the office. She took her time showing myself, my mother, and one of my older sisters around. They had a ton of questions although I was the one moving and she never once seemed inconvenienced or put out. She has excellent customer service skills and does a great job at making you feel as if you've known her for a while. My first day there, my family sent over flowers before I had moved in. I moved here in November 2018. I used to love this place until they recently just sold it. I had several service request since being here. The first one was a light bulb change.. that took 4 days! just to change a bulb. I put another service request for a light bulb change (before Memorial Day ) a new air filter and a new shower head. I was given a suggestion for a DIY on the showerhead and advise it would take another 4 days to change the bulb and air filter. First! I am not doing a DIY at a place I don't own, a place I pay over $1100 a month for 1 bedroom and never been late on my rent,

I would start complimenting the staff, very amicable and accommodating... But, the pictures are deceiving, the pretty new updated apartments are one "package" and "what gets you in the door" according to the assistant manager who gave us a tour.
Not all apartments are remodeled and the "gold package" means you pay a bit less ($1475- to be more specific, and with extra hidden fees comes up to $1502) but you also get the older homes, all the application fees will end costing you $700 if you have a pet to get into the apartments. Which is more than high luxury apartments

The leasing staff are very friendly and easy to talk too. Unfortunately the complex has changed ownership twice since I started living here. This has meant that there has been a lack of continuity as far as projects and updates to the apartment complex. Also, the demographic mix in the complex has changed drastically since I moved in and not for the better. The security gates where disabled shortly after I moved in and have not been repaired the entire time I have lived here. During the summer, the pool is unusable for adults and there is no later evening swim times for adults only. Maintenance

I have lived here for over 4 years now and have witnessed 4 Mgmt Co's come and go, but I will say this new owner has been doing and saying all the right things. I appreciate that in the short time they have taken over. the community is starting to take shape as far as the pool, the grounds, the maintenance, and hopefully we will see a security gate come into place. When we first moved here the gate was operating and we had far less problems of non-residents driving in and using our amenities and I hope that his will be corrected soon. According to what has been told to us they have the budgeted
