These rings kick butt because they're pretty as can be, but the workmanship is WAY beyond the norm. We're not exactly sure what "painstaking" means, but we're pretty certain the Jaffe's were in the room when it was invented.

My fiance wanted to upgrade the diamond on my engagement ring purchased from a well known local jeweler who told him it could not be done. We're so GLAD that we stopped into Koehn & Koehn who mastered the recreation of my ring. They offered simply only the best high quality diamond selection at a price none can beat (I've compared). Love this place! I came to Koehn and Koehn looking for anniversary rings. Andy was so helpful with helping me figure out what I really wanted with this ring. After trying on many, I went with the Hearts on Fire collection and I could not be happier. Everyone has been so helpful at Koehn & Koehn, I also asked them to look at a piece of jewelry for me, they fixed it and the best thing is they do it all there. If anyone needs a jeweler this is the place to go!

This store has beautiful jewelry! My original wedding set was damaged and I needed to get my diamond reset. So many choices, it was difficult to choose. I received personal attention with no pressure. Even the owner spent time with me to make sure all my concerns were adressed before we ordered it. I picked it up yesterday, and it is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this store. They realize this is an investment and want to make sure you are happy!

Brought my ring here to get it enlarged 1.5 larger ring size.
I’m actually from Phoenix AZ. And was staying in West Bend with family. Found out Koehn & Koehn had a jeweler on premise that could do this right away!!
In Phoenix they typically have sent this out and would have gotten it back in 5 weeks.
Here they gave it back 3 days!!!

I'm not sure where to start. A grew up in a small town with much appreciation for independently owned family businesses as that is how my own family survived. Although at times some satisfaction could be found at a big box/chain store but "something" just seemed to be missing at most of them. I boiled it down to connectivity and customer care. When I first started going to K & K it was with my son to purchase a Pandora bead (twice a year) for his sister. I always appreciated the one on one he was given. The staff; always kind and always willing to "connect" with the little guy. That kept drawing
