I have had several years of experience with Alliance services, now with the name change to Apollo. Contacts with me and with my long-term care insurance have been professional, ethical, and efficient. I have previously had service from other providers for both myself and my elderly parents. Many of those providers were unsatisfactory. Contact Joe for a great experience.

Everything about the experience of searching for a caregiver through Alliance was a positive experience. They were helpful in meeting our needs and flexible about timing, etc. The caregiver they sent us was amazing. She was kind, hard-working, prompt, and gave great daily updates.
