You took advantage of my friend. My friend suffers from schizo affective disorder schizophrenia. You took his vehicle and refused to give it back. He is mentally ill. He went missing in March of 2020. It was a 2010 black Chevy equinox that was recently purchased from a dealership in Ohio in March of 2020. You stole his vehicle his family was looking for him he was a missing person. My friend was found in June of 2020 but you refused to return his vehicle. You are shameful. The front desk staff was very helpful in working with the insurance companies, car rental companies, and overall they were great at communicating with me throughout the process. The other staff did a great job with my car. It looks as good as new, you can’t even tell where the damage was to begin with. The extra detailing was also a nice added bonus. Thanks Crouse employees! I went to pick up my car and apparently they decided it was ok to give it to someone else 4 days before I got there! Then they still charged me storage fees. I had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to bring my car back and it was damaged everywhere! Plus they lost the keys on top of that, they left it unlocked with my stereo equipment inside. 2 amps, 2 subs, and 6 smaller speakers, an equalizer and 2 stereos. But they want to say its not a big deal and get mad at me for being mad! !

Car was Impacted in the front. But with GM shutdown I drop for another 28,900 miles before they were able to get it in and repair. Took a week. Very happy with that. Paint from bumper to fenders matched 80% But the bumper being plastic and the fender being metal. I didn't expect a perfect match. Also being pearl white. Went to pick it up. And it being only 1 year old car. Everything is suppose to be replaced with new parts. For some reason they replaced my condenser and radiator. Yet I drove 28,900 miles with no problems and the crash hit the impact bar that protects all this..... And with

I've taken my vehicles to Crouse for several years. Quality of work is outstanding. The service is always timely and professional. I recently had to take my daughters Buick after a fender bender which happened to be during the GM strike. This made GM parts hard to come by. I was told a lengthy wait for this repair....2-3 weeks. Within days Crouse called me said "bring it in we found parts somewhere else". Her car was repaired a day before her return home for fall break from Purdue and it came in $100 under estimated cost and was swept cleaned. I have nothing negative to to say

A local Warsaw native suggested I try Crouse's for body work on my car after a minor accident. They were friendly when I called, and friendly when I got there. I had damage to the lock mechanism of the rear of a Subaru wagon, which prevented it from locking. The nice service guy asked if I was concerned with appearance or just wanted it to lock. Really, I just want it to lock. He got a hammer and a mallet, took apart the back panel and pounded it out until the lock was cleared. I was super surprised when he did not charge me!!
