Awesome just awesome customer service.
Our car broke down while on a getaway weekend and Brad was so helpful and understanding and informed us about the places that we needed to call so we can get help with our car and be able to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Highly recommended.

I had a situation where as I needed a car moved from one spot to another pacific day with time turned out to be flexible. I worked with Aurand's Towing for several days and when it finally came down to the point that they were going to do it they were cooperative to say the least.They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect. I can't say enough good things about Aurand's Towing. I even gave the driver a tip impress me that much. I definitely recommend Aurand's Towing to anyone who needs this kind of service.

My 89 yr old grandmothers car broke down at Lowe's. She was very upset and scared because she doesnt live around the area. She was close to tears. The driver arrived in a short period of time. He was very patient with her and explained what he was going to be doing. He also knew exactly where she wanted her car towed, which put her at ease. People today are quick to call and complain or take to social media when they are dissatisfied. Being a manager myself for many years I know this first-hand. I was told his name is Thomas. I recently needed towing service done. On 3/9/14 I was on my way back from Williamsport, Pa. to Chester County, Pa. (Exton, Pa.) My truck broke down in Shamokin Dam, Pa. I called A.A.A. and Aurands Towing, is the company that showed up. The " Husband and wife team" (former owner's) took me and my F150 all the way to Sloan Ford in Exton, Pa. They both were very courteous and professional. They even did it on a Sunday. 126 miles away. I would " HIGHLY RECOMMEND " there company to anyone.
