They towed my car because I was parked illegally for maybe 10 minutes. And I had to walk to the store to give them a piece of my mind and when I say they have bar none top 10 customer service. I didn't even get a chance to raise my voice before one of their employees defused me. They are no nonsense and immensely helpful. I wish I hadn't been towed but if I had to be I couldn't wish for better service. After all, it was my fault.

Do not recommend this company my daughter was in a Fender Bender less than 4 miles away from there yard they build the insurance company $865 to tow it from Walmart to the there yard my mistake might have been telling them I have full coverage. Just another reason our insurance prices cost so damn much I talked to the insurance company about this they agreed to blacklist this company an attempt not to send business their way

I had a awful morning , jeep is totaled and needed it towed. James had the luck of the draw on picking my jeep up, he was nice, informative on what to do and made me feel better about the fact that my jeeps totaled. Will be using Freedom Towing ever time its needed! Great people from James to the lovely lady that answered my call and helped me figure everything out. God Bless

First I have a shout out. This goes to CPR Automotive in Lewistown for suggesting Freedom Towing. They were so helpful in giving me a number for a reliable towing company. Do to that I am thankful.

From the moment I called them and the woman answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. Amanda was awesome. After I explained my situation she immediately looked into availability of a truck and started the ticket. Once all the information was gathered she confirmed the price and I gave her the approval. She then gave me an estimated time. After we hung up

These guys were amazing!! I got stuck in the snow and was waiting for 2 hours for roadside assistance with my insurance. They pulled up and offered to help!! I had my child in the car and they got us out safe and sound. Both guys were kind and professional through the entire process!! Would definitely recommend. The office staff was great the next morning with getting me my receipt to submit to my insurance as well!! All around great experience in a not so great situation.

James just came out to the house to try and jump my mini-van. It seemed to work at first, but then when he took the jumper cables off, the engine stopped. He tried again, but the van was acting like it was possessed, lights strobing, an electrical heartbeat... weird. He finally had to tow it. One of the sliding doors wouldn't latch, so he had to rig up a fix to keep the door closed. He triple checked that everything was connected and positioned correctly before he headed out. On top of all that, he was very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely call Freedom towing the next time I

My husband and I broke down today at a local gas station, with our kiddos. We called our roadside assistance, and they sent a kind gentleman from Freedom towing. I feel like he went above and beyond his job duties which was very impressive and said a lot for what the company stood for. He showed up with good time, and he helped us figure out it was… our car battery. He gave us a jump, and followed us to the auto zone store to make sure it did not die again prior to getting there. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. They had wonderful professionalism, and better yet, kindness

Fantastic service. We needed one of our cars towed from our inside our garage and Lee arrived within an hour of my call, was incredibly personable and professional. He delicately maneuvered the car out of the garage (the battery was completely dead so he had to use a number of different contraptions to lift and slowly reverse it, it was very impressive. He dropped the car off where we needed it to be and we're up and running again. I'd highly recommend Freedom Towing to anyone seeking a top quality, modern towing service in the region. Thanks again!

Yesterday my car broke down on the side of US-15, in the middle of freezing rain. Josh from Freedom Towing picked us up promptly and was so kind! After towing us to the shop, he even dropped us off at a nearby hotel where we ended up needing to stay to wait for the car.
We're not from the area, still 3+ hours driving from home. I am pregnant and sick, and sitting in the cold car, I was feeling pretty discouraged. Josh was so helpful though, and he turned what could have been a terrible day into a pretty good one.

My husband and I hit a deer after visiting family late on Saturday night (November 9th). We were over an hour away from our home in Scranton on the side of the highway. We limped our car to the rest stop and waiting for our insurance to contact a tow company. Lucky for us we got connected to Eric from Freedom Towing. It took him 15 minutes once he got the call to get to our location. This was a very pleasant surprise since it took about an hour for our insurance to get our claim started! My car was backed into when visiting L.H. and it was a nightmare dealing with insurance companies. My car was not driveable and my boyfriend & I were 2 hrs away from home. James Good from freedom towing was absolutely AMAZING. He came out to us as soon as he got the call despite this nasty icy weather. He towed is back home AND gave us a ride.… (because enterprise in LH and surrounding aeras were out of rentals.) He was so kind and great to talk too, made us almost forget the bad day we had.
