I'm a very happy customer! When I called to have perforated graphics installed on my windows (printed by another vendor), the Lighthouse team explained why I didn't want to go with the cheaper competitors and now that I see the added attention to detail and weather proofing, I'm happy they did! A group of us wanted to make a high quality acrylic sign as a gift for a friend and Lighthouse Sign Company really came through for us!
We first tried ordering the sign from a cheap online company. 2 months and 6 attempts later, the online place STILL couldn't manage to make the sign correctly, causing us to miss our deadline of having something to present our friend at a public celebration.
I volunteered to find a local place and ended up at Lighthouse. They were absolutely great to work with! I got to sit down with Martin in front of his computer as he designed the sign and was able to verify

What a great find! Sasha and his team are full of expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm. I got to see some incredible work they achieved and I also toured their facility, which is beautiful. I do some printing myself, but not on their scale and I'm jealous of all the toys they have! They can do all kinds of custom signage, so if you need any permanent signs for your business, give them a call!

There are so many companies out there that advertise what they can do regarding what you need. For events, the smallest detail can be of the utmost importance. The communication with the staff at lighthouse house was on point. I started with an uneven explanation of what I wanted and they helped me focus into a much more concise product. Their patience even to everything was amazing. I can't say enough about their customer service. You have a return customer for life.
