This is the absolute worst body shop that you could go to in our area!! Chuck is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met in my entire life! I made an appointment as a first time customer, which I work in the car industry so I have heard good things about the product of this place and I have sent many of my customers that I have sold cars two to Cumberland collision, as they are extremely close to my town. Could not have asked for better service. They fixed my new 2019 Honda Civic after hitting a deer before Christmas. They smoothly handled working with my insurance, provided a loaner car, and got the car back good as new! Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you might have during the repair process. Jessica and the rest of the employees were kind, a pleasure to talk to and I would definitely go back again should the need ever arise.

I cannot believe the service I received from here. From the moment I called to the minute I picked up my car they were nothing but helpful and kind. My car was beautiful and detailed when I got it back. They handled everything for me and even after I had an issue with my bumper poking out 2 weeks after (probably due to my driving), Chris helped me pop it back in and was super nice doing so. I took my car to Cumberland Collision when my car needed a repair after a minor accident in September. The car was repaired and looked better than ever when it was done. Fast forwarded in January, I found out the hood was unable to open when I tried to refill the windshield wipers fluid. Chuck took the car back and fixed the cables just in time before the big snowstorm, all without costing me a dime. Chuck is thoughtful and always ready to help solving your problems. I highly recommend this place.

Very good experience with this company. They fixed my SUV after an accident damaged under the rear driver's side bumper. They did all the leg work with the insurance company, got the rental set up, and gave me my SUV back in better condition than when I dropped it off 3 weeks prior. It looked brand new and spotless for a 7 year old vehicle. My only critique is I wish they gave more updates on the status. I made my way here through past Yelp reviews and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chuck and Jessica were fantastic at explaining everything to me. They helped me understand insurance and get me the best deal for my money. On top of that they gave me back my car looking brand new and better then when I purchased it used! Before they even began work, he called me to ask how I would like to proceed with a particular repair step on my vehicle and what it may cost. Absolutely LOVE this place! I was referred by a coworker after someone hit my car and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the outcome. The turnaround time for repairs was fantastic, they contacted the insurance company directly to resolve an issue that occurred, and they unexpectedly detailed my car inside and out after the repairs were complete. So we had a little mishap with one of our cars, and it was towed to Cumbeland Collision. I had a nice call from the owner this morning discussing options and offering to help with my rental loaner from our insurance co. Chuck was as nice a guy as I have ever spoken to, was helpful and kind I feel so much better now. Offers honest opinions and good advice. I needed to have a deep scratch and a dent fixed on my car. Chuck, the owner, took time to explain to me how it would be done and gave me an estimate. His body shop uses a computer software that shows the breakdown of the labor, parts, charges etc. the shop itself is clean, neat and free of the usual automotive smells you encounter at small body shops. His secretary is pleasant and they do their best to accommodate client's tough work schedule. So he gave me a much better estimate than the other body shops I went to and I felt comfortable getting the work done at his shop. The car was ready
