I brought my Nissan in for an estimate. I had to pay out of pocket because silly me didn't have Collision insurance (lesson learned).
Because I was paying myself, I had to pay for the parts first. I get it.
I paid cost, no mark up, to which I was extremely grateful for.
The labor...let's just say, I might consider a career change! Wow!!
All and all the work was outstanding, they detailed the car, fixed the door handles and had my baby up and running in less than a week. The only thing negative I have to say is they don't accept credit/debit cards.
I had my receipts for everything

I was very pleased with the work done on my damaged vehicle, as they had actually taken the time to repair shoddy work done from a previous accident. The owner pointed out my previous paint job from another shop as soon as he looked at my car. Another lady informed me that I was also paying too much for insurance lol

Absolutely the best experience having to get my car repaired !! Right from the start extremely polite and did all paperwork and set up rental car for me Constantly received updates on how my car was doing When I went to pick up my car BMW 328i , I’ll post pics as well. I was blow away !!! The workmanship was amazing!!!! I am extremely a person of detail when it comes to my car. And honestly looked better than it was New !!! If I could rate higher than 5 star I would ! Thanks to all in office and to Mike the owner !! U guys are great !!!

I brought my VW Jetta here last year to get my dented bumper repaired. They were very attentive as soon as I stopped by and stood by the estimate they gave me even when it required some extra work. I was very pleased with their work and always recommend my fellow Uber drivers to come here for repairs!

I cannot say enough good things about them. So super nice and helpful. Polite and welcoming throughout my experience. Very understanding and caring. And yes, I'm talking about a towing company and not a referral for a local GP! (doctor)

I would definitely recommend taking your car here if you need auto body work. They are very thorough, friendly and polite. They deal with the insurance companies and adjusters to ensure things get repaired properly and they have a rental facility next door that makes that process easier when you have to leave your vehicle behind (I got a brand new Nissan that had all of 4,000 miles on it). The only knock is you do have to call for status updates if you want them (otherwise they won't call until its done), but they do get back to you as soon as possible. You'll also get you vehicle

Like other happy customers at Rego's autobody can testify to, Carlos, Kim and the rest of the team absolutely go above and beyond to give the best possible service. My car had a dent in the side from a hit and run and I anticipated a large out of pocket expense due to the size of my deductible. I love love this place great, friendly, helpful people and they know their stuff. I've been taking my car to this place for years they are always ready to assist. Every time I pick up my car it's a job greatly done I never have to take my car back and the car looks better then it did when I originally bought it. I refer my friends and family to visit rigos. If you are looking for a top notch body shop, Rego's is where you should go. Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job of putting you at ease in a normally stressful situation. They have their own fleet of rental cars (i got a brand new Camry), so the process of dropping off your car for repair is seamless.

Got into a minor car accident over a month ago and was referred to Rego Auto Body by a friend. I didn't have excessive damage but just enough that it was no drivable and I wanted to make sure the person at fault didn't get away (he fled the scene of the accident but I managed to follow him until he did).
