We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. Great practice - everyone was so nice and just from my initial free assessment (via Groupon) I can tell that Dr.G really knows her stuff. The masseuse was also excellent and a great conversationalist too! Everything was clean and well appointed - planning to return for sure. They also take insurance which is really nice and helps make care there even more affordable.

When I first came into Dr. Paulina’s office I was pretty banged up . I was dealing with a lot of back pain and shoulder issues among other things . I met with her and explained what was going on and she was so nice and began to treat me and answer any questions I had about the whole process.
She is always so warm and and easy to talk to and truly cares about her patients. She is very good at what she does .
Her Receptionist Chloe is great too . She’s super helpful and works with my busy schedule . The whole team here really cares and it shows . So if you need Chiropractic, Physical Therapy

Dr. Giraldo is passionate about her profession and is eager to share that passion with the patients through detailed explanations of what she does and why she does it. This is my first chiropractic experience and I'm glad I visited Dr. Giraldo. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is attentive and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone who's looking for chiropractic care.

I have been under Dr. G's care for the past 4 years and I must say she is the best chiropracter I've ever been to. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica. I honestly do not know what I would do without her care. She has helped my pain immensely. She is also an amazing human being because she really cares about how you feel by going that extra mile. Always very kind, gentle and caring. I love that social quality about her. I will never change my chiropractor...she has truly been an inspiration in my well being. I highly recommend her, especially

Got a Groupon here for a massage. Overall, it was a so so experience.
The front desk person was extremely nice and told me to give me my insurance card to see if chiro was covered my insurance and if I could come later for more massages through insurance (I wasn't eligible).
Afterwards, I got my massage, and while the massage was good, I asked him to focus on my neck and lower back and he basically did not do those areas at all. He focused on my chest, arms, and legs. Why? He also kept telling me to relax my body and let it go, which I thought I was doing, but at some points he was yelling

Dr Girardo is an excellent Chiropractor and has taken care of me since she was at 34th St Chiropractic and Wellness. After the birth of her child she moved to another location, much to the dismay of her regular clientele. She gives personalized care and attention and finds specific rehab methods suited for YOUR specific issues. I'm a boiler plant mechanic who works on his feet and has a physically taxing title in the city of NY. I have no qualms with Dr Girardo or her staff, served me well for years now.

Dr. Giraldo used the same office space as my primary chiropractor, Dr. Michelle Bouchard at 928 Broadway when Dr. B was out.
When Dr. Bouchard had her 2nd child, Jacob, her days in the office went down to 2 days and then down to 1 so I decided to try Dr. Giraldo.
Her adjustments were very mediocre and did nothing for me so I stopped going after 1 visit. Maybe others have had better results but not me.
