I had a pre-thanksgiving professional dinner and was communicating with another caterer who was taking forever in getting things finalized so a week before the event I decided it wasn't working and started looking for another caterer last minute. Allspice came up on the list and I called them and Richard was very quick in responding and literally what was taking me weeks with the other caterer took me a few hours to finalize and process with Allspice. We never ordered for catering but have ordered the family meals several times. There is so much food for the price, you'll feel like you're not in Arlington (since everything is usually so expensive in Arlington). You will definitely have leftovers. All the food we have ordered has been delicious and the owner is so kind, helpful and accommodating.

We got the beef tips with rosemary potatoes family style meal. It was great! Our family of two adults and kids 8 and 6 ate it for 2 nights and still had some left over. Very enjoyable experience.

Allspice catered a party for us, and we could not have been more pleased. Their website is transparent about the options and pricing, their communication was prompt and helpful, the delivery was on time, the price was good, and most importantly, the food was delicious. We honestly are trying to find excuses to order from them again.

My favorite caterer in Nova! Rich and his crew always deliver on time and the offices I call on are always happy with the lunch spread. Sandwiches and pasta are both excellent and the orzo is always a crowd favorite. Allspice has never turned away an order, even when I call last minute. Great option for pharma/medical reps when you need to impress an office during an in-service.

They just never responded with a quote. I followed up a few times and they said they would get me a quote soon every time but I never received one‍

Allspice catered my wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Before planning a wedding I didn't think food was the most important thing but it became clear from friends that went to other weddings that food is one area that stands out and the thing people remember about the reception. I reached out to a few caterers in Northern Virginia and before even getting a quote had a good feeling about Allspice. I dealt mostly with the owner who answered all the questions my wife and I had and took a major burden off our shoulders. When we had the tasting we were impressed with all the dishes presented

I was in a last minute pinch for a corporate event, and I live out of state. The owner answered the phone on the 3rd ring, took my order, made incredible suggestions in terms of taste and price. I had several orders. Everything was on time, the correct temperature, with all utensils, and everything needed. Portions are generous, and the food taste incredible to boot. I will be using them each time I am in the Arlington area.

I have never been disappointed from the lunch I've eaten from Allspice! Yesterday I had the pleasure of eating a catered breakfast from them that I organized! The food, from frittatas to fruit were delightful and got rave reviews from my all of the attendees. Working with Rich and his team to cater the event was smooth, easy, and without worry! So glad we discovered this place! Great, inexpensive breakfast spot for anyone visiting DC on a budget...2 bagel breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees for $13 and in my opinion, better tasting than Panera Bread! Only about a block from the metro station.

I used All Spice Catering to feed my hungry traveling film crew. Delivered right to our film location. All Spice had a nice variety of sandwiches and wraps so i could tailor a selection of good food to cover all the dietary needs of a 60 person crew. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free food with plenty of flavor.
I think our field producer said it best over the radio to all departments. "when you can, come get lunch cause these wraps are pretty epic!"

Great salads and sandwiches. Staff who remember your name and regular order even after you've been away a few weeks. Well worth the effort to find the front door! (off the plaza, behind the Sushi resturant).

So delicious and finally a place that provides a good amount of food in a breakfast wrap! My favorite was the avocado breakfast sandwich. Wish I had gotten another!

I can only speak to one item on the menu that I get each and every time - the chicken hummus veggie pita - why mess with perfection? The hummus they make on site is so good, bit more of a smokey flavor, really unique and creamy - they also sell it in half pound containers and is a real crowd pleaser. Fresh veggies, healthy lunchtime sandwich, service is prompt and friendly. When I get my hair done nearby or have errands in the area, always try and fit in a visit to this place.

Found these folks to be very friendly when I went in. A couple of the guys there explained to me how the salad system works. Think chopt but $3-4 bucks cheaper per salad. You can do customized salads or pre selected. I tried the chicken Cobb special salad today. Ingredients very fresh, huge portions (at least as big as chopt as well if not larger)

This will be my go to place for salads going forward. I haven't tried the wraps or sandwiches yet but will in the future and update accordingly.

Contrary to what the name implies, this is not a Indian restaurant. It's a deli / salad shop

I suppose I am a glutton for punishment. I keep going back even though the food is average (and sometimes overdone) and I've never seen anyone behind the counter crack a smirk or smile. Today is the final straw -- a lightly toasted bagel turned out to be a stale rock with enough cream cheese to choke a horse. Done. The only reason it got a second star is for location. Convenience is, well, was king.

We got two breakfast sandwiches. They were unimpressive, especially for the price. Coffee was decent but they mostly had that terrible coffee mate creamer, no soy or almond milk.

What's not to love? Friendly service, fresh ingredients and good prices. Seating is both indoors or on a nice elevated patio that plays music in the summer time.

For $8.00, I got a tasty warm wrap, drink and a bag of chips. Did I mention the service is fast as well?

The menu offers great variety; sandwiches, wraps and salads, with a generous selection for all those picky eaters, (I'm a vegetarian), out there.

I've also used their catering services and would highly recommend this small establishment to anyone.

Great salad and sandwich shop located in Rosslyn. Staff was very friendly and the line isn't long after 1:30. I loved the cucumber water they have. Plenty of seats and reasonable prices.

Great food and even better prices. Breakfast and drinks for family of 5 for under 30 bucks. Everything made fresh to order so you need to sit down but that isn't a bad thing.

Things I really like here:

They remembered my name after only a handful of visits spread out over quite some time.

The housemade hummus.

The chicken veggie hummus pita. Probably the best thing I've had there.

The BLT. But I'm a sucker for BLTs.

The shrimp po'boy special. This or redfish po'boys are only found on Fridays.

The soups of the day (at least 4 daily).

The spinach & cheese melt.

The chicken sandwich special with the pepper jack, bacon, ranch. The chicken breast they use in everything is tender, marinated, and well seasoned.
